Such a wonderful atmosphere! We backed packed our way around Tassie and these sweet people welcomed us in with coffee (delicious donuts that came on the side) and life giving waffles! The barista was fantastic and our wait staff so kind.a most of you’re looking for a wholesome brunch

Take my daughter here every school holidays for a breakfast treat. Food is consistently great and has been for the last two years. Service is excellent.

Waffle on provided the friendliest service. We had an iced chai and honeycomb milkshake, both were great, they even checked that I was happy with the strength of the chai. The waffles are to die for! Seriously the best waffles we've ever had. My partner devoured the lemon meringue waffle in record time, while I savoured every bite of my mixed berry waffle with the most beautiful strawberries.
We will back before our stay in Hobart is over.

Not a lot of seating but we were lucky a lovely gentlemen sitting alone at a bigger table made way for our group and that was just the start of a great breakfast experience! Next came the A1 coffee yummy! And then omg the pièce de résistance the bacon and banana waffles! These beauties need to come with a warning! They are sensational! I literally had to stop between mouthfuls to write this review because everyone needs to eat these! If I lived here I would have to eat this weekly! Yum yum yum yum! Than you for a wonderful breakfast!

Waffle On delivers great food with the gimmick of a carbohydrate element underneath the meal. One can take or leave the waffle and have a great food experience. Kudos to the wait-staff and the little cinnamon donut with the coffee.

Had a very good brunch here. Best breakfast in city to date. Customer service only average but may have been having busy off day. Definitely would go again

Very nice breakfast with a wide selection of options. Service is ok they are not rude but I think they could be a bit more smiley and friendly. Apparently they don't get orders at the table but you need to be the one to go to the bar to order.
The atmosphere of the venue is regular. Maybe a little more attention on the interior would give the last nice touch to make this place perfect.

Great place to start the day. Nice interior, friendly staff. But most importantly: good flat white (strong enough) and really tasty waffles! Sunny in the morning. Place to sit outside.

Waffles are on point and the coffee is equally as great. Kids and adults equally as impressed. Service was friendly and efficient without being pushy which was appreciated given how busy they were.

Extremely friendly and accommodating, and the meal was very impressive - just had to take away an extra loaf of their crusty sour dough bread, and some absolutely freshly-made in-house tomato ketchup! Well worth a visit!

Ok kinda silly of me to get eggs on toast at a waffle place - but boy oh boy am I glad I did! Best eggs on toast I have ever had! My friend Annie had the waffle and she really enjoyed it. The atmosphere of this place is fantastic - so cute like ahh! Pair you’re meal with a coffee and you’re in for an amazing start to your day!

Really good coffee, great service and delicious food! They give you a cute little donut on the side of your coffee!

Visiting from Melbourne, we met a friend for lunch. Enjoyed the lamb salad & chicken waffle.

You know, that feeling when you go for the first time to a place, fall in love with a dish, then you go back to the same place with high expectations and end up being disappointed? Well this doesn't apply to Waffle On. I legit had the same egg Benedict Waffle three times, and I still make dreams about it.a. Month.later.
You could think they are just serving frozen waffles, with a standardized taste, that they just heat up and put on a plate, but no. They simply nailed the recipe, and everything is homemade, and the products are fresh (said the guy at the counter), and the ham is real ham, and if you need one more reason to go: the fluffy little sugary pastries they serve with the coffee are a smash hit! Wish they sold it separately.

Don't get fooled by the shabby decoration of the place, enter and have a very good brekky in Tassie for a reasonable price. Service is a bit slow but good things take time!
