63Learnt a lot from this little animal park. Plus you can get really close to the Tasmanian Devils. Only 10 minutes from Port Arthur.
Nice experience. Birds no longer caged and they care for older tassie devils which other wildlife parks keep away from the public. They really are an unknown. Nice feeding the kangaroos by hand.
This is a cool (not zoo) place that we came across when driving back to Hobart and I'm glad we stopped to pay a visit as it was a great experience. Part of your entry fee goods towards conservation of the animals which you'll see here. It's worth noting that these are mainly wild animals in this park area and hence the name Unzoo so it is really cool when birds still come and fly and land on you. If you're near this area then go give this place a visit and you'll not be disappointed.
