Olde Tudor Hotel

I love this place. Great service, even got a room upgrade. The wifi internet however is still not great. I was pretty close to reception and it was always dropping out and slow. Went back to my own data use, so I wouldnt bank in the free wifi to be of use.

The atmosphere of the place was depressing. Cool white led lighting, that while I'm sure was cheap gives the warmth and cosiness of an abbatoir. The bistro seems like an afterthought to keep the gamblers in the other room fed. The kids "play area" is basically a training ground for future pokies players and is filled with paid activities like skill testers and the like. The customer service was ok, and the food was only just ok.

We had a two bedroom suite and it was spacious, clean and great kitchen with everything you need for a family. The pool was warm and clean. Pool towels were provided free of charge! The meals in the bistro were delicious with large portions. It was a good location with a great supermarket right next door. Highly recommend it for a long or short family stay.

Staff turned over the TV on the Hawthorn Vs Sydney game while multiple people were watching just because a regular wanted a different game on. They didn't even ask anyone if they were watching it. Seems if you are not a local then you don't count.

Very clean and well presented rooms. Bar and bistro very good standard. Gaming room clean and spacious.

Family delux room was great perfect for that we needed, very clean. Had dinner in the bistro food was fast and very nice

Very nice place food & staff were gr8. It had been a long time since I had been there. Would like to eat there again soon

Staff are great.just a short visit. Old local providing locals and travelers with a venue that gives them a place to hang out.clean.not much else to say.

Very good location and proximity to shopping malls is an added advantage.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Bit clinical with the atmos, but alright if you want a quiet convo and a drink.
Music system must be broken and their tailor went on holidays with the staff smiles.
