Clean and cosy stay. Great sized beds. Parked directly out front of the apartment room too. Short walk to the tessellated pavement was beautiful.

Went here with a large group for lunch. Beautiful views from the dining area. Meals were fresh, cooked really well and were timed perfectly. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend a meal here. You won't go hungry! 5 stars

Room advertised was not the room that we had as the rooms that where advertised where new looking and had great water views. The room that we had was in the old part and from the 1970’s, smelly and in much need of a renovation. Meals on the other hand were great, friendly pub meal.

Lovely accommodation in the most wonderful location in the country.
The reception staff aren't the friendliest though which was disappointing as most Tasmanians are so lovely welcoming and down to earth.

The rooms are modest but the ocean view from my room was fantastic! Robert and Phil went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay! Thanks so much guys. And a shout out to Al and Krissy for their outstanding customer service. I had a great time there, and the location is close to many attractions, and sights!

Great location sitting right on top of tessellated pavements. Amazing ocean view comes with yummy food. Chicken parma with mushroom sauce was just fantastic.

We had a great evening here after a hard days hiking. We were craving something wholesome and their menu was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the food was great and if it hadn't of been dark, the view would have been incredible. Definitely recommend.

We’ve just spent the weekend at Lufra with the Tas Jazz Festival run by the Hobart Jazz Club.
The food was great, the staff fabulous and nothing could have been better!
I’m already looking forward to returning next year (if not before)!
Thanks Lufra for an excellent weekend!

It was amazing. The view from our window was glorious to wakeup too and seeing dolphins swimming right in front of you. Loved it so much we will be back again real soon.

Lovely food, just what we needed after hiking all day. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the live music coming through from the bar. Would definitely recommend for tasty, home cooked food.

There is a guy at the reception. His attitude was so rude and unfriendly.or maybe racist just a friendly reminder if you are working in a hospitality job you have to be always cheerful and friendly.

When we arrived at 3.30pm our room wasn't ready. I was told there had been a confusion with our booking and we'd been put in a family room, which is what I had booked in the first place.
The foyer smelled of cigarettes.
The room needs an update. Bathroom however was modern, but not suitable for a family room. The windows in the room all opened, in a top level 'family room' I feel that's unsafe. There were loose wires hanging from outside roof. We could see directly into the room next door through the window as we were in a corner room.
The room was clean but we were left disappointed in general after paying what we think was a little much.

Pros- 2 bedroom room size was great, huge bathroom and huge bath. Heaps of towels and coffee and milk. Lots of kitchen equipment but no tongs? Dishwasher, washing machine all included. Paid $250 for the night. Nice service at reception and dinner meal was ok, not the best. (Steak overcooked and the service was confused.)
Cons- the bed and pillows were solid rocks. Would have been comfiest to sleep on the floor! Covid was not being followed in dining area, no signs and although we were sent to the wrong table by one staff member we were then moved to another, after we had sat and touched things which they didn't bother cleaning before the next guests were seated.
Overall not sure if we will be back, nothing worse than a rock solid hotel bed.

Outstanding location, beautiful apartments and hosts that go above and beyond to make your stay amazing! I rebooked for the following weekend because it was so lovely. My kids loved it so much and are already asking to return

Stopped here for for some lunch, but the cafe was closed. We had a drink instead which had great views of pirates bay. The only downfall, we visited Sunday-Tuesday in a local Air bnb and the restaurant was closed every night. A bit disappointing
