Lufra Hotel and Apartments

Stay here if you are after an amazing location. Our room was small but had a great view of the bay. The double bed was simply too small but because the room was tiny, a bigger bed would not have fitted. The smallest bar fridge I’ve ever seen! Our room turned into an oven with the morning sun beaming in but the view made up for everything.

We went here to have dinner and it took an hour for them to finally serve us our food, there were ants all over the walls, there were cracks on the walls, when we came into the room the beds werent done up from the last people who were here, the shower instantly turns into burning water and our tv was glitching most of the time so we couldnt watch it properly.

Excellent! Great room and location perfect accommodation for our Port Arthur experience. We dined in the restaurant and the staff were lovely and friendly. Thrilled to be welcomed by Noah the dog on arrival.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The view and clean, comfortable accommodation was only outdone by the friendly staff and incredible food. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.

Good location being next to the Tessalated Pavements, and close to other attractions. Apartment was well equipped and maintained. Staff was helpful.

Really friendly staff! Reliably open even during the off season and the meals were large and well priced. Right across the road from the teselated pavement so perfect for a nice view after your meal. We'll keep coming back, thanks!

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The bar also presents one of the best places in the state to have a drink, whale/dolphin watch and get warm by the fire.

Live band, free bar snacks, great atmosphere, spectacular views, roaring combustion stove, terrific staff and delicious meals, the freshly caught local perch was amazing.
What more could you ask for.

Had a very small very basic room with 2 single beds, no views very overpriced.
Had to book dinner times in their bistro as you are miles from anywhere, meal was ok, lovely views from the bistro.
Staff were friendly & helpful but would not return.

In need of some repairs/updates. Our bathroom flooded whenever someone had a shower, tiles cracked and grout in need of scrubbing. Mismatched kitchen equipment, disappointing after we upgraded an extra $200 for a "fully equipped" room but only 2 dishwasher tablets for our whole stay, no frypan, blunt cheap knives. Sorry but wouldn't recommend to stay apart from the lovely location but can't depend on the location for that price.

We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience, particularly the bistro! We went on both of the nights and tried the vegetarian options which were excellent. Staff was incredibly friendly and made for a very pleasant experience on both occasions

We didn’t stay but we did have a meal in the bistro and it was absolutely amazing, we had the lamb shanks and pork ribs and would absolutely recommend coming here for dinner. The staff were so lovely, the meal sizes were perfect and service was prompt. We would absolutely come here to eat again and the accomodation looks so cute we would likely stay here too

Tiny room. Not one chair. Rude front desk guy. Great ladies in the restaurant though. We will never go back to this crummy place.

The hotel is right in front of the lovely Seaview, and it's strategically located at Eagle hawk neck

What a little oasis on our way down to Port Arthur. We stayed in the fully equipped appartment that had everything you needed including the dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The rooms were very clean with an amazing shower and super comfy king size bed. We ate at the hotel right next door to your rooms and had a delicious meal. The staff were very friendly and we even got talking with the owner who was super friendly and full of local information about the area. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

Nice quiet location not far by car to the Port Arthur historic site. Studio apartment has dishwasher and washing machine. Hotel has bar and dinning facilities
