Restaurant review:
Great looking spot looking out over the vineyard. Food was i little dated, read well but didn't deliver. The waiter knew very little about wine, especially for someone who works at a vineyard restaurant

Everything was amazing. Food was exceptional, tasting was very informative and all the wine we tried was delicious. Service was friendly and staff very knowledgeable.

This was such a great place, food was absolutely out of this world, staff were so friendly and had entree, main and dessert with under an hour!

Had one of the best lunches here. Wines were delicious too however wondering why more expensive than getting the same one from a bottle shop?

I cannot recommend Frogmore enough.
The food is always to die for. Presentation is impeccable always.
This winery would have to be my favourite in Richmond.
Staff are always polite, well dressed and happy to accommodate your needs.
Wine is also divine. Thank you.

Great winery with a Stella wine list and beautiful views. My only regret is we didn’t go for lunch as the food looked amazing. Can’t wait to go back again

Very disappointing to find out that exactly the same wine purchased from the cellar in Hobart is available around the corner from my place interstate 20% cheaper. Doesn't make it that special anymore

One of my favorites. Returned for a wedding and it was a amazing afternoon and night. Very high quality dinning beautiful setting. I highly recommend a visit. Just a short drive from Cambridge. Maybe 30 minutes from Hobart.

Very nice winery, great restaurant but especially liked the Flawed History display which was a very unique timber artwork.also had lovely views from the deck.

A great experience in terms of ambience, wine and food and the professional service with a smile. One should not miss going to see the artwork about the history of winemaking in Tasmania which is up the stairs. Need for booking was the reason for four stars as lack of spontaneous experience diminishes the fun.

Had a restaurant meal and wine home delivery as a Birthday presant great meal and wine I highly recommend you try this I will be doing it again.

Lovely location but wine was disappointing. Having said that the dessert wine was delightful. Unfortunately the wine tasting attendant was not forthcoming with information or lacked knowledge of the wines.

The 42degree south wine is great. I was impressed by the beautiful place and the landscape, but the foods were soooo expensive

First class food and wine against a gorgeous natural backdrop. The knowledgeable staff compliment the warm ambiance created by this modern, refined dining complex.

Floor to ceiling windows help to best capture the lush landscape in the background indispersed by Frogmore's grape vines in the foreground.

It's well worth the short drive from Hobart to experience one of the best wineries Tasmania had to offer.

I discovered the Frogmore Creek Iced Riesling many years ago on a trip to Tasmania. Fell in love with it so only naturally wanted to visit their cellar door to not only buy some but also try what else they have to offer.

We arrived in Sunday 4: 15pm (close at 5pm) walked in and not 1 staff member acknowledged us. We walked around the gift area and as soon as we went to approach the tasting area every single person avoided eye contact. They were so occupied with doing everything but providing service that we walked straight back out the door and left. I also stood there long enough to know that the Cellar Door price for the Iced Riesling was $34! Interesting because I bought a bottle the day before from the local Bootle Shop for $28. How does that work?

It just goes to show that a lack of service not only lost a customer who was prepared to purchase but also someone that was probably prepared to join your Cellar Club! Bad service unfortunately is something that is intolerable in today's current climate!

We loved this winery. Beautiful setting and excellent service. It was a pleasure to talk to the staff and learn about their wines. Highly recommend - would love to come back and stay for lunch!

Can you give more than 5 stars? This place should be on the list of Australia’s best restaurants. Stumbled across it whilst meandering around Tassie. Couldn’t believe the high quality and level of creativeness that came with each dish.
