71I didn't go on a tour of the brewery but had food and drinks in the cafe/bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really great quality for the price, couldn't fault it. And of course we also enjoyed our beer and cider. They do the paddle tasting boards which are great for trying a few different beers. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
We enjoyed the informative and interesting brewery tour. Our guide Denver gave us a safety briefing first, followed by a very informative talk about the origins and history of the brewery and the surrounding area.
Then we were led into the factory and he gave us a detailed talk on the processes for brewing beer.
The last part is of course sampling of beer in the cafe. Overall a highly recommended activity.
Had the best tour today. We had James as our tour guide with Beau also hanging about. James did such a fantastic job and had tons of great trivia. Such a great tour guide. I’d recommend trying to get him as your tour guide if you can! 10/10 would come back.
Plus the beer and cider is delicious!

Great place to visit in Hobart (Tas). Tour was very informative. Try the beers in the relaxed bar. Very good beers to try. Goose Is (see pic) yummy! One word: Fresh

Great tour, good to do on a weekend when the workers are gone. Samples at the end finish it off nicely after learning about the process.
Had an awesome afternoon on the brewery tour and beer school with generous tastings included. Lovely visitor centre and gardens and although I didn’t eat here the meals look great.
