My parents did tour yesterday, they keep telling me how nice that is and ask me write review for them.all the staff are very friendly and helpful.tour guide Iris is very informative and educated.thank you cascade brew house team!

Fantastic way to spend an afternoon, super friendly staff who definitely know their stuff. The flight of beer was a fantastic way to start, but I enjoyed all of their beers!

Visited Cascade for the first time today and I was impressed. I've been on a few brewery tours, but found this particular tour significantly more informative and interesting. I learned a lot of history as well as the details around brewing Tasmania's beers. Lucinda is a very knowledgeable tour guide who took us through the brewing process from start to finish. At the end of the tour you get a tasting or can opt to take a can home. Highly recommend touring Cascade if you're in Hobart. Very fun and relaxing after you visit Mount Wellington.

Excellent tour of the Cascade Brewery by friendly and knowledgeable staff, learnt a lot of history and the process and got to try some amazing beer and cider.

One of the lovelier and more interesting breweries I’ve visited. A nice selection of beers and ciders to try and be sure to have some of the stout ice cream before leaving.

During our one week stay in Hobart we enjoyed twice lunch at the brewery, it was delicious, great friendly service.

Really good tour. Lucinda was a good guide. Bar staff seemed bit rushed, but overall nice arvo.

Bad service in regards to the food, bought a burger asked for no beetroot, came out with beetroot so i asked if i could get a new burger, got sneered at then they brought the burger back and just took the beetroot off, worst service ever received avoid if possible don't go out of your way to visit this place, they also charge big bucks for beer and cider and call them Testers

Come here on my birthday to do the tour, it was 10 out 10. I would strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to learn heaps of amazing history!

Nice enough but doesn't have the same appeal/feel (to me) as the smaller micro-brewery scene and that comes through in the beer and atmosphere. It's basically not that cool. Best part of the place is the gardens, which are brilliant for a nice beer in the sun.

My family and I really enjoyed the history behind the brewery. Beautiful gardens, most informative and interesting to any keen on beer!

Very comprehensive tour! All the staff was very friendly. Make sure you take a bus, so you can do the tasting!

The tour is excellent! Our tour guide Denver gave an informative, interesting and succinct explanation of how cascade brew their beer.

Brilliant tour, with a beautiful place to sit and eat. Food was good and the cider wasn’t too bad either. Very helpful staff who even offer you enclosed shoes in case you don’t have any!

Great brewery, spent an hour after my tour with Josh on the bar in the cafe area. Happy to help with anything I needed info on and a great spot to enjoy a few beverages in there gardens! A+ thanks Josh!

Great tour. Great place to spend a few hours, including tour. Very informative. Helpful and friendly staff. Beer is very very drinkable, wishing I came by taxi.

Heard the restaurant was good but didn’t have much time so was gonna skip. Turned out had some time to kill before heading to the airport so stopped in for a quick bite. Absolutely stunning grounds, even had a bunny jumping around near the fountain. Great food and beers as promised.
