Found the new vehicle very good and the quality of the vehicle great.
Price was good also compared to their competitors.

Amazing experience with service staff.

I had made a mistake on my order, or my computer did. Either way, pick up was scheduled for Hobart, not Launceston. Without complaints the staff resolved the issue and I was able to continue my holiday with a car.

They were friendly and helpful the entire time. I would definitely order from budget car rentals again.

Amazing customer service. The guy waited for us for 45 minutes when it should have been closed and didn’t charge anything. He was really calm when I went to the wrong address and he waited along since I was the last customer. And above all not a frown on his face. Awesome work guys.

These guys are far from a bargain. The most expensive car hire I have every had. Bloody ripoff! I will never use or recommend this company EVER!

Excellent deal and good car with an all inclusive deal.
The Only down side was a slight dificulty to speak to staff in person due to a lack of contact numbers. But their procesors work like clock work and I will use them again.

Absolutely no customer service! A very stressful end to our holiday with a last minute flight cancelation and no one to contact regarding after hours drop off on a Sunday evening! Appalling that no one answered the phone after calling in business hours and leaving messages.

Just the most remarkable end of trip service. We came racing in a little late for our flight and they went out of their way to have us all signed off with the rental car and bundle us into the shuttle bus to zip us along to the airport. Even when my partner thought he left his wallet in the rental they just rushed him back an forth no questions asked. Honestly its this kind of friendly helpful service that has people leaving Tasmania with a smile knowing they'll come back. Thanks James and the team

The car had a damaged left side bumper which is the only disappointment in hiring a car.
Otherwise it was quite economical to run.

I really can not fault these guys. The booking process through their website was easy and there were no hidden costs on arrival. I had a last minute flight cancellation from Qantas and had to make changes to my booking, The phone support team were extremely helpful and accomodating. My flight landed just before 5 and they still sent the shuttle to come and get me and take me to their depot to get signed off and on my way. The car they supplied was clean and in great condition. It was perfect for what I needed. I will definitely book through these guys again where available. Can not recommend them enough!

We had a very positive experience renting a minivan through Bargain Car Rentals in Launceston. A slight hassle having to go offsite from airport to pick up & return vehicle, but we didnt have to wait very long for their courtesy bus in either direction and the staff were all very pleasant and professional to deal with. Would highly recommend.

The best prices in the town but the staff is bit rude and you will not get the car what you have booked they will say it’s the similar category car.

Wonderful company to deal with, very professional and fantastic staff. Our car went like a dream and was only a fraction of the price of the airport competitor's. We will definitely use them next time we are in Tassie.

Paid our fees for after hours pickup, and provided our flight details, but they're closed and no-one will answer the phone. Now need to take a taxi to town, will have to take another one back tomorrow.taxi fares mean this becomes the not so cheap option.forget about Bargin. Go elsewhere.

Car was good and as advertised.
Communication not great, unaware of any shuttles to take us to the off site destination.
Vehicle fuel gauge said "full" but was not full. Therefore lost any savings topping up fuel at end of trip anyway.
Wouldn't use again.
