Waiting times in the emergency department are way too long. After waiting over 4 hours, I questioned the staff only to be told that other people had been waiting 6 hours! Ridiculous to expect sick children to wait that long.

Feel so sorry for staff. 4yr old grandson son waited over 4 hrs to be seen was told no food or water. Disgusting. My taxes are being wasted. Think the fat cats should give UP there salaries and perks. FIX THE WOMENS AND CHILDRENS

Waiting period very long. Extremely slow service. Should keep separate outpatient 24 hrs not everyone waiting in emergency. Average wait time is 4 hours.

Absolutely terrible wait times. No consideration whatsoever for making a young child wait for more than 6 hours. Did not tell what was involved during the first consult. Only told us about the important things to remember on the day of surgery itself. Waste of my rax money! Not to mention the new parking arrangements. Parking spots are now bus stops!

A wating time comparable to a hospital in the middle of North Korea, due to a lack of infrastructure and only 2 doctors at most. This is what Medicare pays for outdated infastructure and an insufficient amount of doctors at most.

Very sad to say the WORST experiences at a hospital. If your child has a stomach problem your VERY small waiting room is shared with the INFECTIOUS DISEASES patients.that is terrifying if your child is only months old.

Referrals 'lost' and when your child is vomiting blood you still are made to wait weeks before an appointment.what a joke of a hospital. Not to mention its small, cramped, dark corridors and rooms. Building looks like its 200 years old, incredibly inconvenient with ZERO parking. Oh my bad, paid parking across the road that is full ALL DAY LONG most days because it is so small and does not have nearly enough capacity. Then how about ringing a department and you get hung up on, or pushed straight through to voice mail for over an hour?

The only upside is that the staff are very nice. That's it. But truth be told as long as you're not a serial complainer the staff are nice at almost every hospital so its really all the other factors that rate this hospital so poorly.

If you have the chance, avoid this hospital.

I find every time I come here the front ladies are always grumpy and so rude! At least the doctors are usually nice and the clown doctors are funny and brighten up the mood. Hire better desk ladies!
