The staff, nurses and doctors were absolutely wonderful in the assessment and management of my daughter. We're lucky to have such a great health service in SA.

Dr took 5 hrs to see my 1 year old girl with serious respiratory issues /bronchitis
Worst emergency services ever.
And then another 3hours of wait for treatment.
That all took nearly 12 + hours.to get chest xray and requures tests.

Leading up to the c section I was incredibly anxious and concerned by the relaxed demeanour of staff. Having had my c section today, I could not be happier with the amazing staff who have gone out of their way to make it an incredible experience compared to last time in sydney which was quite traumatic. Cannot fault the experience. Thank you W & C

Extremely disappointing service, had to wait with my wife for more than 6 hours without seeing a doctor, and during this waiting period a midwife approaches us apologising that there are no doctors between 9: 30 pm and 11: 00 in the emergency ward, how ridiculous is that?

I came here on Tuesday evening with severe stabbing pains. I was treated respectfully. The waiting room was full but it's called being patient, which a lot of people didn't seem to have. I was admitted and spent 2 nights here and I have not one complaint. The midwives, cleaning staff, ultrasound staff, physicians, obstetrician.all were lovely, accommodating, empathetic and kind. They always made sure myself and my baby were healthy and pain free. They went above and beyond to find the cause of my pain. I highly recommend WCH for pregnant women.

Women's and Children's Hospital is a very good hospital, the doctors are very thorough and most of the nurses are good. But, there is a need of improvement in emergency department. The waiting time is very long. Been waiting since past 5 hours. Don't know how many more hours we have to wait. Seems like we have brought our sick child to suffer. It's time to increase bed in emergency department or set a clinic for a doctor in the emergency waiting room so that the least serious cases can be reviewed and discharge without having to capture the room.

Woefully slow. Have lived in a number of states and locations and this is disgraceful for a supposed capital city.

The nurses were amazing the doctors here went above and further than to make sure my child had proper treatment made us feel like we were the only patients they were seeing.

This hospital was abusive towards me. They bullied and coerced me into having an induction that I had said over and over I didn't consent to. They refused to support me when I begged for them to look after me and my baby. I had to fight them every step of the way to be treated in any way like an individual. I felt the entire time like I was in danger, and that so was my baby. I am so disappointed in my experience and in the MGP here. I feel violated and traumatised. I have since been diagnosed with PTSD and PND as a direct result of how I was treated.

I gave birt to my first son in this hospital. My labor room was so clean, large and comfy. I know I experienced so much pain due to the delivery process but, had a great experience with the staffs in this hospital.

An extremely bad and frustrating experience for me and my wife. The nurses and midwives were so understanding but the amatuer doctor did nothing to help the serious condition of my wife bleeding. All we were given is a prescription. Despite having all the equipment to do a scan and getting to the root of the issue they did nothing. I come from India and believe me had I walked into a there I would probably get better care.
Women's and Children's seems to be operating in the 19th century with a bunch of clowns for doctors.
Shame on you.

Amazing staff! Building is getting a bit tired and in need of renovations but we are blessed to have this amazing centre of expertise with its brilliant and caring staff.

Burnout Staff, very rude during my terrifying labour. Rolling thier eyes at me, yelling at me. Telling me my baby could die if I didn't move, even though I was in agony, blacking out.
Luckily my baby was ok. It's difficult to believe women could treat other Women like that when they are in Labour.
Rude, chaotic. If you have another option, take it.

This girl had the shingles in the room newest to me and then let a different child stay in the room no cleaning the bedding. Don't bring your kids here I don't clean the rooms!

Received a letter from WCH regarding future assessment allocated on 10/04/2019 some time ago. Had been waiting for it over 8 months since August 2018 just to be informed today that actually assessment will be held.somewhere in October 2019!

This is one of the best hospitals for children as well as women I had my 2 youngest children here and the staff were awesome. My youngest has involvement with cranio facial dentist and ENT and I couldn't ask for better doctors and nurses to care for her

The one star is for the birthing side who are professional and caring-thank you.now as for the rest of you burn outs if you don't like children then perhaps go get a job somewhere else which is why you probably work there as no one else will take you.absolutely disgraceful hospital with rude condescending woman talking down to patients as they are burn outs.i wouldn't take a goat here to die. Will be taking this to the ombudsmen.truly pathetic.
