Easy to access (Just along the road from Airport Aldi). But NOT in Saturday or Sunday! (You know, when I wanted my parcel which was delivered there!). But
collection was a swift, COVID safe operation.

Toll drivers damage packages, tracking system throws Error 404 so i have no clue where it is now. I have security camera footage of them not even trying to knock on my door at 3pm. I live in the north, the depot is not just in the south but far south of adelaide. Paid $20 for no package. Postal and courier services are supposed to deliver not keep my mail for safe keeping away from my reach.

Card left saying they tried to deliver parcel, online just shows it with a driver. Driver filled out card incorrectly, I had to make follow up phone calls to find out where my parcel was then go out of my way to collect it because they couldn't do their job properly in the first place. Shambles of a company, can't even get a basic tick in the box done correctly.

Just like all the other reviews. An absolute shambles. Wait all day for a delivery as instructed, ring at 5pm to be told to wait to 8pm as delivery will occur. No delivery. Can only talk to the Philippines with any problems and the can only email the depot in Adelaide as apparently they do not have a phone number for them.

Having to drive to Adelaide airport to collect parcels because toll won't deliver to post offices is an absolute pain in the arse! I'd happily wait at home for delivery if the driver could give a couple of hour time frame but no it's be home all day or risk missing the driver.

Got a "sorry we missed you card" even though we were home! Had to go to the depot to pick it up despite arranging delivery. The website kept crashing and not allowing me to go further after putting in the information.

Parcel thrown over front fence, only lightly damaged due to good packing and good luck, but was also marked signature required. Tried for a couple of hours to contact them with out success. Pretty poor service.

I have NEVER had an item actually delivered via this courier. They do not knock on your door. They only ever leave a card. I have only ever had to travel to the airport depot to retrieve goods. I try to avoid.

Didnt leave the item at front door as i requested. Went to two different Toll pickup because they didn't specify where to go.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Worst phone "support" and actually no mail delivered at all. I had to go and collect.

Pathetic. You pay for priority delivery and they don't even attempt to see if anyone is home. You should tell your drivers that the thing attached to the end of their arm can be bunched up into a fist that can then be used to knock on the door. Two people were home but we still get the "Sorry we missed you card".

They incorrectly delivered the parcel to the house across the street. Then took it to the depot. Now it’s the weekend, so that totals a four-day delay. So much for express post, or quality service.

The lovely man who served me at the depo brings it up to two stars. They don’t deliver (they drop off a ticket in your mailbox saying they were there, but won’t come to the door). Auspost have been more reliable in my area

The Service was terrible. The Global Coordinator i have been dealing with was of minimal help. I was provided details that my parcel would reach the destination in 2 business days and it has been 5 business days its yet to reach the destination. The courier service and the customer service has been shocking.

Missed delivery at my home, called to have re delivered as it was priority. Wouldn’t redeliver as needed to be signed. Had to drive 33km to pick up the parcel. I don’t see how you can delivery 1 day and then not delivery it again because of a signature when clearly they already tried to delivery it. Waste of time and money

Very difficult phone service, would never use this company again. Waited extremely long time for a message to tell me where I could pick my item up from after several upsetting phone calls. Couldn't tell me where my item was located, felt like I was calling overseas operator's. Missed a day's works for a simple pick up.zero star rating from me!

Probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They left a "Sorry we missed you" instead of ringing the door bell.

Don't rely on tracking. It's all a lie. When you call the phone number 131531 you are actually calling The Phillipines, not even in Australia! I was told to stay home all day waiting for my parcel. I have had to miss another day of work, appointments after work and can't go out for dinner. I was told that if I don't wait and I miss the delivery it will be delivered to sender and I will have to pay postage. I will not be buying from any company that use Toll as their postage.
