80Worst experience! Worst service! You can’t collect your own parcel until you get confirmation message from toll and that confirmation message can take up to couple of days or week. When you call them the staff is very rude and unable to answer your questions.
I avoid dealing with TOLL if at all possible. But unfortunately something I purchased unknowingly ended up with TOLL. So now my package is held by ransom at their Adelaide Airport Depot. You can't ring the depot, you can't go to the depot until they've sent you a txt that says you can. Even though I've been told by phone and call centre that my parcel is there. The Depot is in a place only convenient to pretty much no one. It should not be so difficult to get a parcel. Dumb system
Messed up my address so they couldn't deliver a very very expensive item which they are now holding ransom at the depot because they won't give me a text/email for when to come and pick it up. This is getting ridiculous, I can't believe trying the most convenient method after they completely screwed everything up is not so convenient after all considering they don't seem to care about the mass of similar complaints found here.

Why bother with a tracking number, nobody knows where anything is, I guess I'll just have to hope my item eventually turns up really is a S. T business.

The slowest delivery service available - do not update delivery times to let you know where things are at after missing delivery dates.
Courier left a calling card - I arranged re-delivery and it never came. Online tracking says my order has been delivered but it hasnt. Rang the company and they delivered it to a different address - one that i did Not specify.item is now lost.have told the company i bought from to not use Toll Priority in future.
I was talked over and yelled at by somebody in escalations. Reflect on that for a moment. This company gets so many complaints that their escalations team has completely lost their composure. I waited until 5: 30pm to post this because I was promised a call back, and I made my doubts about this happening very clear. Well.
My point: Suppliers don’t be tight. Do your customers a favour and use DHL. Shout out to Sal, my DHL delivery driver.
Good luck if you miss a delivery from toll! No specific time to pick up your parcel on "sorry we missed you note". This is the second time today I've come to pick up my delivery. Was told to come back at 5 to 5: 30pm. Still waiting! It's lucky I live close by. I was asked if I received a call! Haha. I waited last time I had to pick up a parcel for a call and didn't hear from anyone for several days. I'd specifically asked for a call. I just had to rock up and hope for the best. So disorganised. I dread when I buy something and it's delivered through these jokers. Give people a time to come to the depot for gods sake. Rubbish service.
Just another parcel pick-up place. You can get lost in the yard finding your way to the parcel pick-up office and get lost finding the way out!
Pretty poor service. The reviews say it all. Small parcel picked up from Smithfield NSW Wednesday PM 24th Feb. Arrived in Adelaide's depot 25th Feb. Its now 2nd March and still don't have it. Priority is not Toll Priority's priority it seems. Quite disappointed. A large machinery sale is waiting on this part that is being delayed, up to 4 days now.
Is fast and the staff are nice. However I found missing a parcel delivery can be a bit of a pain for an express service. Still 4/5 stars.
Date 04/02/21 - 1st (and only) attempt to delivery with not knocking on my door. Only left a missed you card on my mailbox.
Contacted them to arrange another delivery but the options given would not be good. Decided then to pick up myself, so less stress.
Unfortunately things got even worse and now I have to wait until they contact me to arrange the best time for collection.
It's been 26 days waiting for this parcel.
How good can be considered their services?
4 stars because the courier didn't try to access our house which is at rear and left a "sorry we missed you" note. Had to collect it from their collection point at the airport where the service was prompt so 5 stars for that.
The call centre told me my parcel was here when it was at the Dry Creek depot. Now I have to wait until next week to collect my parcel.
Sorry only gave u one star. I wasn't home. The driver came and left a card to say to collect your parcel at the Depot. That's ok. So went to Depot next day. Takes about half an hour to get there.
Only to be told the parcel was getting delivered again! Went straight home and got it

I recently ordered a parcel from interstate. I received an email stating it was due on the 29th, I checked the tracking of the parcel, and it stayed in the same location for the entire day. It also stated it was out for delivery. This is poor quality, I receive a "sorry we missed you" on Friday, and they are shut for the weekend. I do not recommend this company.
I'm really surprised that they even exist. The level of quality and professionalism is the lowest I've ever seen. Avoid using this company at all cost. They will drain your energy, time & money.
I paid for overnight freight, 4 days later they still can’t find my parcel. I ended up going to the depot and getting it myself. Lost 4 days of income as it was a part for my machine. No compensation, very unorganised transport company. They should close there doors. Useless and shouldn’t be in business. Not happy and recommend not using them
