Toll driver in Adelaide today screaming and honking abuse at another vehicle for not running a red light while pedestrians were crossing. The Toll driver (license S5B85K) screamed, honked and made threats.

Everyone else’s reviews are spot on. Having missed a delivery I didn’t even know was coming and being left a card, I arranged pickup from the airport depot and was told to await SMS confirming a pick-up slot ‘within 24hrs’. 24hrs went by without any communication from Toll so I chose to drive out to the airport anyway. Luckily I was able to collect my parcel with the card. Not at all priority or convenient, but there you go… The staff at the warehouse were kind and helpful though.

Worst delivery company ever. My parcel has been sitting at Adelaide Airport for the past 5 days still waiting to be scanned in. When I phoned customer service they said they would arrange delivery the next day, still waiting. Phoned again requesting that I collect it. Still waiting for confirmation on that. Just keep getting the run around. I suggested that they sub contract another delivery company to pick up my parcel and deliver it, was told they weren’t allowed to do that, I stated it would be pretty embarrassing for a delivery company to have to arrange another delivery company to do their job. Would rather go through Australia Post

We were waiting for a parcel on Friday, I got a text message its going to delivered on Friday we were at home working from home.
* Parcel didn't appear, no one knocked on the door and found a card in letterbox a signature was needed.
* Called Toll customer service, they told me to go to depot somewhere to collect, managed to convince to redeliver they said it will be redelivered next week
* whole week past no parcel came, I got a text message again Thursday the parcel has been loaded on vehicle. Whole day past no parcel came up to the next day.
* Called their customer service, they say parcel is still in the depot was never loaded on the vehicle, the text message was a mistake from their system (bug).
* They will arrange to redeliver next week.

Horrible service, please stop using it. Shutdown your business if you can't work ethically.

Quick delivery. It would be a very good idea to give people appointment time slots, so they don’t miss their delivery. Everyone is busy nowadays and has their own jobs to do as well.
It was very hard to understand girls on the phone.
Can be improved by speaking slower and clear.

Absolutely the worst courier around.

Driver stated we weren't home and couldn't deliver. Yet we were home, he left no card, so I know he didn't even attempt to deliver.
Phoned toll was told it was put on an alert for urgent delivery next day. Same again.
Received an email stating was unable to deliver 9 hours before he said he tried to deliver. Didn't leave a card. He didn't even attempt to deliver.
This went on for several days of myself calling each time. I threatened courier ombudsman's, finally delivered next day.

He didn't even knock. Just dropped the parcel and ran.

Now my partner is experiencing the exact same issue. Day 8.

I dread ordering anything online now if their courier is toll.

Driver left a card when I was at home instead of knocking at the door. I went online to reschedule delivery for a day when I'm home. That day has come and the tracking info states they're waiting for my input. Try to customer service and selecting the "sorry we missed you" option just terminates the call.

I must remember to not by products online from businesses that use Toll as their delivery service. It is frustrating experience every time.

Worst company didn’t even know I had a parcel coming today wasn’t notified. Then got an email at 9: 30pm saying unable to deliver was home all day no card nothing left no one even attempted to delivery my parcel. Now have to wait to try and ring customer service to try and get my parcel re delivered. I have a security gate code at the end of my street and toll didn’t even bother to ring but till have delivered here before and got in the gates not impressed at all

I would give negative stars if it allowed me to. Worst experience with a courier company ever. On several occasions they have said they attempted delivery. Yet I was home all day waiting and no one ever knocked on the door or left a sorry we missed you card as Indicated on the online tracking. They did not attend my address. Multiple phone calls and attempts to organise delivery on dates I will be home and even organised the sender to authorise leaving without a signature. After 2 weeks of “attempted deliveries” I am still yet to receive my order, or get a satisfactory response from toll customer service or the supervisors. Do not use Toll.

Notification out for delivery - got it delivered within the hour up in the Hills. Driver knocked and waited for me at the door. Excellent experience.

Told them to take my parcel to my local drop off point and they took it back to the main depot an hour and a half away. Not happy.

So after waiting a month for my items to be delivered, I finally got an email saying it was on its way through Toll a day earlier than the expected date (Yay!)
Well this wasn’t the case. I went online to give the authority to leave the package as I was going out that day, low and behold there was a “Sorry we missed you” card shoved in my flywire door when I got home!

Not only that, but when I went to enter all the details to organise a pickup/redelivery time…. I could barely read the consignment number! So annoying. Do they check their systems? !

But luckily I was able to get through to the office and they helped to organise the redelivery…. Now to see if anything goes wrong on the day that it was actually meant to be delivered

I would give less than one star if I could. My package has been sitting unscanned in the Adelaide dock for 4 days. The customer representative I spoke to was lovely however and very appologetic. But it was something i needed for a Ball I was attending. Now I will not be attending. As I dont have a fairy good mother to magically make a dress appear. I will be taking this further.

I am beyond done with this company. They will not return my $2000 laptop which is still at Adelaide airport since 2nd November 2021. They also have a $700 case of my wine at Melbourne airport since 24th October 2021, again no answer, non responsive, just ignoring me. Please do not use toll, its now in the hands of the ombudsman office. Poor form toll, being an account holder we are taking our business elsewhere. I worked out, in total, Ive wasted 9 hours on the phone to people who cannot help me! No stars!

I didn't choose them. The company I bought from did. Very difficult to deal with for all the reasons other reviewers have given. Asked to deliver at depot near my home after I missed their delivery (took ages to get through on phone) and then it's still at Adelaide Airport. (I hope.) Time wasting and incompetent.

I've order a pre ordered product and there was a set date for it to be delivered and it says it is at the Adelaide depot. I then go to order something else from the same place and I have already received the item. Now I'm still waiting for items. Man its pretty ridiculous I've called each day since and they always keep saying tomorrow. I finally get in touch with the dispatch office yesterday and they tell me to call today and bang what happens apparently the delivery driver is not in and I've been told most drivers are just having days off and a lot of suburbs are experiencing this.
Well they wouldn't be if they just did their jobs correctly.
I honestly liked and got my deliveries on time or even a day late no problem. Now it's just a back and fourth hassle.

Come on Toll. Do better. This is ridiculous.

Even though you don't have signature on delivery required, they leave a card to pickip from the depot "45 mins drive away" NOT even an option to choose a time block to re-deliver.

Maybe if you gave customers a text the day delivery is due to pick a time shot they will be available your reviews wouldn't look so appalling.

WOW Toll read your reviews. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, disorganised and the worst customer service EVER. Avoid the frustration and DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT USE! Worst delivery company ever. Didn't knock when delivering the parcel. Left a card at the door to collect parcel from depot. After THREE DAYS I'm still not allowed to collect the parcel as it's not ready. Absolutely hopeless. ZERO STARS.
