80Terrible service, waiting a week for delivery and had to chase them twice and still not delivered! A quick phone call could have resolved the issue. Did not experience éxpress' in any regard. I do not recommend!
I called 8 days ago to correct my wrong address, the service told me I’ll receive it 4 days later. 4 days later, I called again to confirm my shipment, turned out you guys just started to process my information. And yesterday I realized that I needed to contact you to provide my information AGAIN so that you could deliver my package? Was providing my information twice not enough? You even wanted me to provide the third time? Just give me my parcel!
And then today the delivery of my parcel was canceled AGAIN! THE WORST! Canceled my delivery 3 times without notice!
And after another 3 days I’m still waiting! And they keep lying about I will receive my package the next day! Wow it’s really an eye opening company! Watch out guys

Terrible experience with bad website and communication.
I didnt check that ahole name but he was cntu, didnt respond to customer who is waiting for parcel to drop. Made me wait 5 minutes. And later asked another staff to look at my parcel. Doesnt know how to prioritise his work. Overall other staff was helpful, my parcel reached on time as they stated. Just one bad apple.
Give me a I miss you card, but I’m at home. Also, I tried to collect my parcel, but they said they didn’t have details in their system. So, I don’t know where is my parcel. And they always ask me to ask sender for information.
I missed the parcel when they delivered, then I struggled to pick up it again with I missed card.

Highly recommend NOT using Toll. Truck driver didn’t even knock on my door, just put a card in my letterbox and drove off. I rung to organise pick up and was told to pick up from Adelaide airport depot. When I got down there, was told my package wasn’t there but at the Dry Creek depot. Rung again and was told they would redeliver it again the next day. Once again it didn’t arrive so I rung again to be told that there’s no record of me ringing and my package was still being processed for me to pick up.
Customer service is nonexistent with this company. Been on the phone for over a hour now, trying to get my package but Rowena is being very unhelpful. Asked for her supervisor and get told that no one is available.

Very hard to find even had my GPS confused, but finally found it. Wouldn't have had to find the depot if their driver had used my doorbell.
Rubbish experience consistent with the other reviews. Sms notification tells you delivery will be sometime that day but does not provide any time window. After waiting around until 3pm with no luck I finally duck out for 30mins and miss the delivery. Now I am told they have taken somewhere that only opens during business hours and I need to go there to collect it within a week, but I will be at work during these times for the next week.
They won't leave a parcel if you're not home to sign for it. Even if you say they can leave it. Then they take your parcel back to the airport depot or to a pack and send. Just painful. I feel sorry for the people who work there.
I had a parcel picked up from Angaston today. The driver was so helpful.very impressed he should be acknowledged
A priority parcel should delivered before 1Dec, I have to pickup it at 8 Dec at the depot because the negativity delivery experience, please stay away from toll service when you shopping online like AMAZON, JBHIFI…
Staff at the depot were friendly and effective.
Don’t miss your delivery or it’s stuck here with no clear way to arrange alternate delivery.
Every moment I was waiting for parcels delivered by Toll was absolutely horrible. They never change their customer services for last 4years. The senders sent my parcels using this company, no choice to avoid it. I will pay extra money for the online stores where use other delivery companies next time. I am really fed up with the way they treat customers.

How hard toll makes it to pick up a delivery is ridiculous, missed a delivery and took 3 days to organise a pick up.
Whats the point of toll even being a delivery company when they don't do it. The Customer has to do more work than the company.
Left a card at the gate - did not bother ringing and when I came through 4 minutes later and rang the number they COULD NOT CONTACT THE DRIVER who would have still been in the area. Such a waste of time! The numbers are on the gate to ring and get a delivery - why can every one else do it, but not Toll? !
Recieve msg advising parcel was going to be delivered. Driver never came and then updated that no one was home for delivery. Next day msg again saying out for delivery. Driver updated that no one was home and card was left. No card, and no one came. Parcel was left at safe location which was a landscaping business? Zero accountability, it's clear there's the driver can do as they feel.
Like multiple complaints here, I will like to add my experience. Missed delivery and I rang to organise re-delivery which didn't occur. I rang again to organise a depot pick-up but didn't hear anything back. So i've rung again and again and again, each time being told I would be notified in due course from the depot. It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received notification for depot collection. A re-delivery has been offered again but does Toll expect us to be at home indefinitely waiting for the delivery which may come or not. If it arrives and I missed the delivery again, I would hate to undertake this whole process again. For a company that deals with logistics - this is mind-boggling.
