The Summit Cafe and Function Centre

Once again we had a lovely lunch there with a great view this time, (Last visit we couldn't even see the obelisk due to low cloud, such is life!). The wife's ragu was fantastic and a large serve and my bara with pead couscous, broccolini and BBQ'd tomatoes a treat to eat. Coffees were one of the better ones that we have had during our sojourn in the Adelaide Hills. Good service from very personable and professional staff made for another wonderful experience at this restaurant.

The staff were so friendly & accommodating to my needs of seating requirements. Special mention to Grace for looking after me & my guest.

Cafe is nice and clean. We got some pies and sausage rolls, unfortunately the base of them was a little hard, in particular the saus rolls. Staff nice and friendly and really good views to be had on a clear day.

Amazing location, fantastic views (before the clouds came in), warm and welcoming environment, yummy food and fabulous staff. It was a perfect place to dine, especially with visitors from interstate. I will be back again.

Awesome view of the whole of Adelaide. Great food. Always love to come here to relax. Recommended for anyone visiting Adelaide.

Our first time to the cafe (and will not be our last) 4 different meals all excellent, quick service, well presented and tasted really good, staff very friendly and at a very reasonable price. Well recommended.

Best big breakfast I have eaten in a long long time - the mushrooms in particular were so tasty and fresh yum!

Weather was unfriendly and cold today but the staff inside was warm and very friendly.

First visit to the Summit Cafe and very impressed by the delicious food, friendly service and great location. My wife and I dined in for an informal lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary and, unprompted, the staff made us feel special.
We especially enjoyed the fresh cauliflower and blue cheese soup and salt and pepper squid, and were surprised by a special serve of carrot cake!
An ideal experience, and we'll definitely be back.

I often eat here after walking to the top of Mt Lofty. I ordered latte coffee and Eggs Benedict with salmon as I usually do though haven’t eaten here for a while.

Both coffee and brunch came out promptly within about 20mins. Wasn’t keen on either which is in stark contrast to previous visits.

The coffee tasted watery, not too much but it was noticeable. Probably should have removed the mug earlier from the coffee machine.

The Eggs Benni was disappointing. Far too much hollandaise sauce and barely enough salmon to know it was there. Usually also served with two pieces of bread, not one.

I added another star due to decent meals on previous visits.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to so far. The food was so delicious and has a great view of the city.

The food for its price is very worth it because it is served in large quantities. I highly suggest you get Summer Salad. It's the highlight of our lunch!

We booked in advanced and they were kind enough to adjust it a bit when we went there. The waiters are very friendly and accommodating.

There's a $4.00 flat rate parking fee, but really worth it for the good food and the great view!

Friendly staff and wait times were ok considering we didn't have a reservation.

Have been here many times over the years and we are always happy with the quality of food and service. Staff are friendly. Lovely views whether sitting outside or inside. It’s a nice way to reward yourself with lunch or treat after a hike or ride up the hill. Plenty of parking available at a flat rate of $4.
There’s often koalas and kangaroos to be seen nearby.

I loved the place and great view from the table. It was a busy day on the Anzac day but Nat was gracious enough to accommodate us inside with a table quickly. Kudos to whole the team.

Seem to have decided a silly policy of bicycle parking, where if you want to go inside, you cant see your bike; plus threats to remove bikes without warning, and the only parking is inadequate.

*Edit: * You lot put up the signs and control that space.

The ladies were great and accommodating to mum’s wheel chair and myself. It was very relaxing to sit and enjoy the view for a while. Thank you

I absolutely love this Cafe, everything about this experience is the very best. The view is to incredible. The food is with out a doubt the best brunch I have ever eaten, the variety omg wow. But mostly I love the staff, just wonderful especially the gorgeous crystal thank you for making this experience the best

Amazing food with even better service, would recommend anyone too come grab a walm coffee or a juice. And try the brakefast burger. Always a good time at the summit cafe!
