TGI Fridays

The food was ok, nothing special but was filling and tasted good, the cocktails were amazing, a little expensive but a nice drink for a special occasion.

The worst Chicken BLT I have ever had and I’ve been to TGI Fridays I the US several times.
Over cooked chicken breast don’t isn’t the deep fryer. Tasteless garlic aioli like unsalted butter.

Over priced cocktails that were mostly ice.
Not value for money $70+ for two burgers and two drinks.

Music that is way too loud.

Only one star for the servicewhich was great

The restaurant opened late, so we had to wait a while even though it was past our booking time. The lady who was setting up the mats and opening the doors appeared to absolutely hate being there. Very poor customer service. Had to cancel our booking for my sons birthday.

Love the food and friendly atmosphere! Sam is the sweetest and most wholesome person I know and she understands how to fun this restaurant successfully!

Unfortunately have to give a bad review for this restaurant, extremely overpriced for the standard of the food & the customer service was poor. Wanted to order dessert after our meal yet literally sat there waiting for half an hour after the plates were cleared without even being asked if we were happy with our meals or if we'd like anything else. Our waitress continued to walk past our table without any attempt to acknowledge us. Can't see myself going back here for a very long time.

Went on a very busy Thursday just before Christmas and the food and especially the service were fantastic. Will certainly go again.

Good food but very pricey for what it is ($23 for a burrito bowl!?). Cocktails are watered down which is disappointing given their price.

Service is excellent and quick though, and the restaurant itself is great - booths are much nicer than tables.

We were disappointed that after telling the host that it was Mr 8's birthday and he'd chosen this venue for his birthday dinner, asked if they still do the happy birthday singing etc, yes she said! He was so excited. But then nothing materialised. Food was nothing amazing but expensive, as were the drinks, and service was slow, despite it not being very busy.

Had a lovely dinner and drinks Saturday night 26th of October. The food was great but the service was what made my night even better. Our waitress Jasmine was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive and had a lovely approach towards her work. I myself have worked in hospitality/customer service management for 15 years and would hire her in a heartbeat. She’s a great asset to the business. Thank you again for a wonderful meal and your lovely service Jasmine.

Terrible service was told about app discounts decided to go with the free garlic bread with any main I got told that would be all good. They didn't take it off at the end after I realised they tried charging for it would never have got it not only that manager was incredibly rude about it as well.

It's ok. Little bit expensive.
No doubt Thier decoration is really good which obviously increase your appetite and uplift your mind. But I am little bit upset with their steak and ribs. May be my expectations was a little bit high from them. Besides I tried the ribs and steak from a Tuesday deal, so I got them in a discount. Now I am not sure if their deals/ discount offered foods are different from the full priced meal or not. Because on ribs, I barely got any meat. And I am definitely not willing to pay the full price for that amount. But I also tried a dessert and appetizer, which were really good. Loved those seasoned calamari and hot brownies topped with ice cream.

I came in last week and I had a fabulous time here. The food was great and also the drinks. Shainee served us and she was outstanding! Took us through the new promotion and was very attentive. Always had a smile on her face. We all had a lovely time because of her. However I believe your manager, a tall lady (couldn't pick up the name) was very rude to her staff which wasn't very nice to look at.

Friendly staff, tasty food but service slow with coffee orders of 5,3 came promptly 2 very much later.

Drinks are great, I recommend a good old mudslide for your kids gets them well drunk and suggestive.

Taste was fine, serving size small for $. I was supposed to get salad and stuff with my steak, they never brought it out. Considering how high there rent would be can't complain too much.
