A little pricey, but definitely worth it! The ribs and brisket were cooked to perfection with a great Smokey flavour and delicious sauce. The drink menu is huge aswell with lots of really yum options.

Wow! This place is great! First time and very impressed with the quality of the food! I had a burger and hubby had ribs. Plenty of meat on ribs and burger was fresh.

5-star bartending service.
2-star vego meals. Go somewhere else for non-meat foods

My first time with my partner trying TGI Fridays at Marion. The customer service by the two ladies that served us and gave us our food were perfect. There employees are definitely doing it right, it made us feel welcomed. I ordered the chicken tenders, a good amount of food and the honey mustard sauce tasted really good. My partner ordered the pork belly nachos, he did enjoy it but we weren’t aware the sauce was spicy. Customer service 11/10.

Recieved "McDonald's" level service from the customer service team until. Thalia showed up. Wow. I think TGIF will probably lose her soon to a high paying customer service management or executive/corporate role. Her skills far exceeded what I expect in a retail environment. She was natural, perceptive, unassuming, and empathetic. Thalia, go for a corporate customer service role or go for a bonus / payrise. TGIF, make her customer experience boss for Marion <3

Every time I come here, I’m amazed. The food is sensational. The drinks are insanely good. The staff are among the best in hospitality. Always make you feel appreciated.
I am currently 4 hours post dinner and can’t move because I ate and drank so much.

Meat lovers burgers were well loved. I had the vegan burger, mayo came on the side instead of in it, cheese was like glue to the teeth and it was super dry. Why on earth would the vegan burger cost more? Terrible price and quality, is that a punishment for not wanting meat?

I had an incredible experience at TGI fridays marion both Emma and Eliza were very professional, friendly, helpful and kind best staff I've had in quite a while. Food was great and drinks at the bar are excellently priced cocktails are cheap during happy hour

Service was quick but chicken breast in burrito bowl was burnt. Then a mouse ran past the table. Informed staff who said they will tell manager. Manager did not even bother to come to the table. Remaining food was left. Will not be going to TGI Marion again

Outstanding Customer Service!

My husband and I went to TGI Fridays for a quick lunch and received the best customer service from Emma and Hayley. They were prompt and attentive, checked on us, asked the kitchen to put our meal as a priority as we had a movie booked, and just generally provided a friendly environment.

Beautiful delicious and fair priced. We had the pork belly nachos and salt and pepper squid and 2 kids meals. Kids ate free too. Best nachos we have had. Can't wait to go back.

An American styled cafe-restraunt place that has a lot to offer, the music should be turned down though!

A little on the expensive side compared to the quality of the food received, but its an easy choice for a birthday or celebration. It feels very American and although doesn't compare to a real TGI in the US, it's worth a go if you've never experienced it before.

First off I’d like to say the staff were friendly and efficient but that’s were the positivity ends. I had the bacon cheeseburger which was undercooked bacon, cheap cheese, old looking lettuce and beef which was severely over cooked, bland tasting and not what I’d expect for $21.90 when I work in the restaurant business myself I know that is a ridiculous mark up considering the poor quality ingredients. My wife had the chicken burger which similar, cheap ingredients, ridiculous mark up, but the problem she had was the fact we followed up this meal with a movie at the cinema which my wife could not enjoy because her stomach was churning! So when the movie finished we rushed home, raced inside so my wife could use the bathroom for reasons I don’t want to mention. So obviously either the handling of the food wasn’t sanitary or the ingredients were not fresh but I’d like to think with chefs in the kitchen they’d have more care than that. I’d give zero stars if I could. I’d like a response before I take this further, I will take this down once I get a reply.

Food tasted ok but my particular meal (caesar salad) was not very fresh at all. Bacon was dry and tough.egg seemed to have been a day or two old.chicken was at that awkward temperature where you were it was too cold to be fresh but warm enough to think it was just reheated in a microwave, perhaps from frozen.

Air-conditioning in the place was woeful.low 30's outside and not much better inside.not likely to return.

Oops forgot to take a photo before I devoured it. This was the first time I had TGIF since they revamped it. I was really surprised at how different the restaurant looked since the last time I went. Even though it is still a tad expensive the food, drinks and service has improved so much and is so much more worth it now than what it was before. Amazing!

A little pricey to what I'm used to but enjoyed my meal. Friendly and helpful staff, Covid compliant venue. Venue was clean and tidy and appeared well laid out and comfortable.:)
