TGI Fridays

I may be biased as this was the destination of our first date many years ago but the service here is always so personable, the girls are lovely and accommodating. If you haven't eaten here the food is consistent and thus far I've not been disappointed.

Went to TGIF today. It was really fun. Had 2 LIITs and 2 shots at free spin. It was really great winning a free dessert and 6 wings. Great food and welcoming service by the waiting staff is just atypical of TGIF, specially cyrene. However we were expecting 1 more cocktail and the bar was closed before time. That's how my wife missed on 1 more free spin.

Preet, Cye and Livia were amazing. They were fun talking to.we enjoyed the vibe. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service tonight at the Marion TGI Fridays. Our waiters Preet, Cye and Livia were so welcoming and helpful. Really fun atmosphere and the food and drinks are incredible! Highly recommend!

Preet, CYE, and Livia were lovely! They were very kind and attentive and overall great servers!

Very relatable staff and a good house red. Did not try the food but enjoyed the company of a chatty waitress with a light hearted sense of fun.

Harpreet was my host tonight she did an AWESOME job for me, Livia and Cyrene were also AMAZING definitely coming back

Always a great dining experience at TGIF Marion Branch. Food always taste delicious, and presentation is already a feast to our eyes. Thalia has been giving us excellent service, very friendly, accommodating and gave good suggests on menu. We will keep coming back.

We were a party of 4 kids and 5 adults, 7 - 72yrs, and we ordered a wide variety from the menu. The food was fantabulous. The place was alive with everyone seeming to have a great time. We always have a great experience at this venue. This time was made even more special by our waitress Caitlin. She was delightful, relaxed, helpful, seemed to be really enjoying herself and was right for the job. She related well to everybody, competently giving personalised service. I know these actions are part of her duty but she did it as though we were family, and we're not.

Food is average pub food, kids were content, but the adults left a bit hungry. Burger was quite small compared the 'huge' photos on the menus, steak was good but again pretty small serving.
I think they might have been a bit understaffed but still managed to get service to us.
The QR code ordering was a pain, it lost our whole tables order right at the pay now bit, and our food all came out staggered, mate had finished his steak before my burger had arrived.due to how annoying table ordering is.

We were served by the lovely Preet. She was absolutely lovely, super accommodating, made sure we were very well taken care of. The whole team was super accommodating and can’t fault the location definitely 10/10 recommend! Plus free twisters!

Food is good but too expensive and the service is gone. They deliver your food that is it. The app is difficult to use and takes ages to work.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for more than 40 minutes to get a simple pork ribs with lemonade. Never visiting this place ever. The biggest joke is place had only 2 families and few crowd compared to other busy times.

Disappointed again this visit! Received mains before drinks and half of our entrees. Sort the ordering system out!

We came on a Tuesday and had 2 for 1 ribs. Great value for money, slaw was amazing and it came with thick chips. We took one lot of ribs home for tea tonight. Really enjoy our experience and will be back.

Brought the boys here last week. Had a medium filet steak and it was cooked perfect. The short Asian girl served us. She was hell nice

Delicious Food. Especially the Pasta and the Chicken Wings. Also very approachable Staff. We will definitely come back.

Clint and mia had the most amazing service, they were quick, efficient and super caring towards customers! Honestly wouldn’t recommend another bar/restaurant at Marion than here! Xx

Very poor customer service. Tables left uncleared. Staff busy chatting with each other in the kitchen. Did not even get cutleries and serviettes. Had to grab it off another table when the food arrived.
Perhaps expected a little more for a place that charges $12.50 for a kids Mac and cheese.

Good food, but you can get the same cheaper at almost all equivalent establishments, would recommend if money is no object.
