Their customer service is excellent, you have a choice whether to order via app or in person, their food is brilliantly tasty! Oh and did I mention I really enjoy their large range of cocktails lol
Fantastic.
It all started with the lovely girl that greeted us.
The bubbly & bright person behind the bar was our second amazing experience. And so sorry ladies that I don't re-call your names, but hopefully management will know you did an outstanding job on New Year's Day & thank you.
Finally, the food.yummo!
Quality & quantity, so impressed.

Great food and drinks as always.
However, they have recently done a renovation of the restaurant and now make you order on your mobile phone. I am not happy with this change, and I believe they they should scrap this altogether.
Also, the new interior of the restaurant completely removed the American charm it used to have and is now just depressing and modern like every other restaurant seems to be.
We went for a meal before a movie. The Ribs were the thinnest I have ever had and well over cooked. Took 3 goes to find a beer off their menu that was actually available in stock! We both asked for no onion in our meals.but hey that obviously doesnt translate to thinking about the slaw, it was full of small bits you can't pick out!
On the up side the chips were OK and the sauces tasty.
Overall very expensive for a very bad experience!
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I'm giving this place 4 stars overall. Staff shoulď get 5 stars for their service but the food is 3 stars because of the value. We had the corn chips with pork belly - yummy but such small amounts of pork and salad. It needs to be heaped up on your plate to be value for what you pay. We shared it between 2 and there wasn't really enough meat to do this - esp for a main course. It's better value at Gozman (OTR). The corn chips were fresh and homemade. The turkey was a bit salty but the carrots and broccoli were superyum - but no potatoes. Cocktail was yummy - cranberry dream. But like i said - service was amazing. They just need to find a way to make the food better value.
Had dinner with the family and Claire who served us and looked after our table was exceptional! Never had such a great experience in any restaurant and service like that in a really really long time
Don’t do the QR code! I really like the Jack Daniel’s sauce but if your meal doesn’t arrive after 30 minutes, leave and go somewhere else. It has been an hour, I am starving, and it’s not really that busy… and I’m locked in because I’ve already paid. 60 minutes for a beef patty in bread is too long to wait.
Pleasant service, food certainly good, a touch pricey on the burgers. Very clean, and I don't love the technology ordering but also didn't have to. Overall very good on all levels, and great cocktail menu.
First time coming here and the food was amazing!

After a rough couple of days and a long day of work I thought I’d pop in and treat myself to a cocktail. I was seated and welcomed by Emma at the bar, she makes a very good Brooklyn Sour, 100% recommend.
I was feeling quite low when I came in and I found myself chatting with Emma and another customer and it was really lovely to have a laugh and chat, I really needed that. So a big shoutout to Emma, thats what amazing customer service is and you really lifted me up and made me feel happy and at home so thank you so much!
I’ll definitely be back for another cocktail fix soon ️
Terrible service, one meal was forgotten on a table of 8, food was cold when it eventually came out after an hour of waiting, then the order got messed up, table was not cleaned. It was a disappointing experience. Never again!
Food is good, bar is great but a big shout out to Emma and Blake for making the best cocktails!
Tried to make us order via an app. I politely refused. Then 30 minutes to take our order

20 minutes later the mains arrived and one was cold
Disappointing
Nice refurbishment however booths are really snug fit for family of five. Food expensive, waited a very long time for both drinks & food & was not even a busy night. Hard to get service from staff & when food was finally delivered we had no cutlery on the table so had to find a staff member to get cutlery which took another 5 minutes while our food was going colder than it was before it arrived. Not a good experience!
Service was terrible, was told to scan the app to order, I then had to go and give the order in person to pay, then they brought a main dish out with the entrees also forgetting one of the entrees, the food was terrible too and the main meals were not brought out together, when we asked for cutlery because it was not given to us we had to ask for clean knives because they still had food on them, considering how much I had to pay for this meal you would at least think there would be water at the table
First visit since the reopening after the refurbishment. Very modern look, unfortunately the person who designed the inbuilt furniture must think that all patrons will be very slim. Very little room between the seating and the table. On the plus side the food was nice, love the signature sauce.
I like to be comfortable and able to relax when eating out and due to the lack of space between the seating and table I probably would think twice before visiting again.
Had potential to be ok but right from the start, it was probably one of the worst dining experiences ever. We had a $120 Groupon but the meal was only "just" worth the paid price of $70 and I refused to pay the excess of about another $17. The food was just "ok" (Pork Ribs heaps better than the Beef ones) but the main issue was the Service (or lack of). Waited almost 10 minutes at the door when we went in to wait for a Young lady to realise that there was a queue of Customers building at the door. Then placing our food order took another 15 minutes to get someone to come to the table after we had said we were ready to order. (Apparently in a not very crowded restaurant with quite a few empty tables, it was still more important to clean 2 other tables first before coming over to serve a customer). My wife's wine was poured from the Dregs of a bottle that had clearly been open for more than a day, so it was off & we then had to wait ages again to get a fresh glass poured from a new bottle that tasted fine & totally different. I've been to TGIF in the USA - what an awesome experience with great food and service and you would think for such a brand, they'd strive for a bit of consistency.
It's Emma that makes TGIFridays at Marion! Definitely look for her on Mondays and Tuesdays where happy hour will see her making great cocktails served with lots of joy and fun. If you stay for a meal you might be able to score her as your waiter too. She is by far one of the best customer service people I have met anywhere! Friday's, you are so lucky to have her!
Worst service I've ever experienced. Slow. After 30mins they tell me me for is not in stock. Cold chips. This place USE to be awesome but last few times has been rubbish and I will never be returning.
It was the best salt and pepper calamari … so tender and our server Preet was very happy and always on hand to offer us drinks … really great night and thanks to all the staff who sang happy birthday to my niece… thank you
