Spotlight Melrose Park

This is my local spotlight, Ive been going for 10+ years.
I feel like this spotlight is massively understaffed? Always seem to have huge waiting times, or no-one around to help if you need it. A couple of the staff at the fabric counter are incredibly rude, and have consistently been so everytime Ive interacted with them.
If I have the time and the opportunity I go to a different Spotlight store than this one.

Never enough staff on the fabric cutting counter waited 20 minutes to get served. Some staff are untrained in advice for sewing.

Great service, went in on a Saturday to purchase blinds, young lady was incredibly helpful, will be back, have never bought diy blinds before and they were awesome, also bought sheets and duvet cover as well, great quality and exceptionally priced.

Massive store with plenty of staff to help with advice. Take your required measurements and maybe a photo of two to help selection.

Worst service ever we bought some clothes and wanted to return in same day but they didn't exchange I recommend read their policy and preodures of few pages before u buy anything bcoz they don't tell u anything at the counter

There is never enough staff on the floor to help customers in a timely fashion. When you can find someone they're usually very helpful.

Spotlight has everything the 'Make at Home' person could ever want or need, and then some.
Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff.

The female assistant in blinds and curtains was so helpful. Faultless. Sorry I didn't get her name. Found the exact product I needed in a matching colour. Brilliant

Great place for variety. Sowing accessories are varied. Prices of cloth material could be lower or should have deals. Craft items are super. Girls need to be more knowledgeable about things.

As I do. Sitting in the car air con on, why would I enjoy this experience.

Always great bargains to be found, all craft and sewing supplies, curtains, rods, bedlinen, homewares, party supplies etc.etc.

Very young staff, no one knowledgable to help me (one girl tried her best) but then another girl at checkout, after buying a fairly expensive machine as a gift, proceeded to list off all of the better brands I could have bought. She did it with best intentions just inexperienced in retail sales I guess.

Had everything I was looking for, but I had to spend time looking everywhere to find what I wanted as I couldn't find any staff to ask.

Did not have the curtains that I wanted on special every other ones were on special. Quite disappointed.

I love this place, because I am a yarn lover person they have a lot of colors and brands I do love it

Love this place. Staff are generally really helpful and knowledgeable, the downfull is that you have to wait a while to receive any help.

Really friendly helpful staff. Will stick with Melrose Park store after hubby was chastised by rude staff at Noarlunga.

Great products but where was the customer service? ! I didn't see one single salesperson in the store.just the 2 teenage lads at the cashier! Employ more staff and you'll make more sales!

Unfortunately I have found it impossible to get through on the phone to this store for enquiries. Good store once your in.

Staff are very helpful when you.can eventually get with difficulty some one to help you with purchases
