Rawnsley Park Station reviews
81Highly recommended. This park and accommodation is probably less known that the one a little further down the road, but it's better in many ways. The showers are clean, modern and reliably hot. There are a variety of sites across a large park, most with beautiful views.
Awesome would liked to have stayed longer but at 35 pn ate into our budget will definitely return
Excellent, beautiful spot, good, clean facilities. Would definitely visit again given the chance.
Great place to visit. Amenities are good. Caravan sites with fire pits. Kangaroos hopping theough the park.
Stayed 3 nights in the bush camp area, very quite and private, good clean facilities and staff very helpful, enjoyed the dog minding that allowed us to explore the beauty this area has to offer, would stay again.
An excellent ground, connecting directly in to walks and in close driving range if the national park treasures.
The grounds themselves are well equipped (kitchen, pool, amenities, fuel, etc.) And the staff are an enormous insight into the local area. I am typically the camp rough and ready in the Bush type but the insights that the staff here offered have really made me reconsider this.
Absolutely recommend and will certainly return.

People who worked there were really friendly. A bathroom in our cabin would have been really good, but the shower block was good and there was a huge camp kitchen/dining area.
We are a family of five in a three bedroom holiday unit. Great location and friendly service from reception.
We paid $36 per night for a powered caravan site for two people. The sites are terraced on a hill so you get good views. They are a good size and most have some shade plus fire pits. The amenities are good and very clean. There's a pool and car wash bay. Also there is several walking tracks and lookouts. There's kangaroos and lots of birds too.
Wow where do I even start? This place is amazing. The views. The camp grounds. The hosts. The restaurant. Everything I rate very highly. It was our second time. There are plenty of scenic drives to do outside of the park. But the park itself is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. Such a beautiful place to stay.
This should be a 5 star location, the eco villa is good. But you will have more luck waiting for rain than getting a coffee and that's an instant coffee. Just an illustration on what's on offer. The presentation could be cleaned as well. Pool area, unattractive and dirty. Showers / toilets and amenities could be cleaned a little often. I sound bad but it could be on the next level just by doing simple things. There is also absolutely no Telstra signal there. You'll find yourself walking around with your phone aloft, zombi like, looking for a signal.
Not really much to say, only that if your visiting this part of SA this is the place to stay! Period
Brilliant location with the best views. Friendly staff. General store, Fuel diesel and petrol. Facilities are kept imaculately clean. Wifi and telstra reception good at main area.
Absolutely loved it here! Staff were fantastic, amenities clean, and the sites with a view were awesome!
Excellent laid out site with very welcoming and helpful staff. This station has excellent views of 2 gorges almost anywhere you pull up to camp. Sunset and sunrise are a must see. Fuel, air and water available from site. There is an abundance of native birds flying from tree to tree when you take your eyes off the gorge. A truly relaxing campsite.
Rawnsley Park Eco Villas: What a fantastic place to stay We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday at Rawnsley Park Station with friends. The Eco Villas are beautiful, with good furnishings, comfortable and cosy beds snd above bed skylights to allow star gazing from bed. Fresh breakfast provisions were delivered each day. The views from our villa were stunning up to Rawnsley Bluff. We were luck my enough to be there for the monthly degustation lamb dinner celebrating everything lamb. We also had a sunset helicopter tour with touch down at the top of the Chace Range with bubbles and a sunset picnic. We can highly recommend this experience. This is an amazing place with stay to experience the best of the Flinders Ranges and we can highly recommend- 5 star all the way Many thanks Hazel & Nik Parker
Spent 6 nights here in July and loved it. Was very cold, but plenty of wines around the fire kept that manageable. Some amazing sunsets and views of the range, camp facilities are great and showers are hot
We had a lovely break here. Great camp kitchen for gathering. Terrific location for exploring the Flinders.
Excellent facilities, camping options. Has a store, restaurant, drive and awesome walks. One stop shop
