The baddest g.p is Abdul Aslam, who doesn't know how to talk with patients. Never experienced such a bad doctor in whole life.he was very rude, i told him to talk properly even though he was not able to make it. Hope he's the only mannerless doctor in the whole world.he must learn how to respect patients. And of course who ever has good manners, are good in person. Hope he becomes good person by learning good manners.as it's better to be a good person before being a doctor

Very rude reception staff. Long wait times. However very good doctors. They should really give feedback to how reception staff should talk to customers over the phone or in person.

I visited the clinic on Wednesday the 3rd of October. I was seen by Dr Saunderson. The way he spoke to me and treated me was appalling, I have never experienced treatment like this from a “professional” his attitude towards me and demeaner was very aggressive and for no reason. I have visited him before and he misdiagnosed me with foot hand and mouth when I had tonsillitis.
I left my appointment with him shaking and on the verge of tears. The reception staff were very helpful when I complained, that is the only reason I have given 2 stars.

Have been seeing two different male doctors there who are both very good. The reception staff are on and off good and bad, depending on who you get. Unfortunately they were not helpful at all with a motor vehicle accident claim and didn't send documents they repeatedly told me they would send on to another doctor.

Waited 40 mins today, substantially less than last time when I waited 1 hour and 10 mins. You really need to sort this out, I've had to make sure I have a meal, go to the toilet, bring a drink bottle and book myself out for an hour and a half each time I visit now because I know I'm not getting in and out of there within 15 mins of my appointment time.

This use to be wonderful doctors. But i am not sure what had been happening. Last two visits i waited more then 1h. Phone in 20min before my appointment to confirm of doctor was running on time, to prevent another 1h wait. Was told that he is running on time, but in actual fact when I arrived i still waited 40mim plus. I have no issue with doc running late, but then let your patients know. I will not recommend coming to this practice intill they have resolved this issue.

Twice I have tried to go to this place for chest pains closest place to home and they say they are fully booked for CHEST PAINS a place full of doctors send you to A&E just to be sat in a chair for hours on end to do something that could be done here. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place. Shouldn’t have medically uneducated people behind the desk

Super frustrating that everytime you book in an appointment time you wait over 45 minutes to see them. They need to stop over booking patients.doctors are great and helpful though.

Bulk billed - yes. But you always have to wait at least an hour to see the dr. And that’s with an appointment!

Bulk billing, friendly staff, good Doctors, and I've never had to wait more than 10min past my appointment time.

Was the first appointment on the list and still waited 25 mins to get in to see the doctor - only to be told to visit a different doctors surgery

Pathetic and horrible front desk staff you can ever imagine. Doctors are amazing and very professional.
