The reception team are super friendly and helpful. The nurse is fabulous. All the doctors I’ve seen here are great.

I see Dr Tibor, I find him to be very professional and, his bed side manner is refreshing and very thorough.

I have been going to this practice for a few years now. It has a Nice, clean and open space. Dr Azmi & Dr Shah are very professional and attentive to their patients.

However, their appointment management needs improving. Waited 1 hr for my appointment even after arriving ahead of schedule.

Also, a small space with crayons, toys etc to keep kids busy while waiting would be wonderful!

The Dr was pleasant and gave me the referral I needed. The staff were courteous. It was a pleasant experience.

Very helpful at reception with my enquiries on the phone prior to my appointment and as always my GP is thorough with any of my concerns and enquiries.

Receiption was careless, wouldnt tell me how many ppl are before just keep saying the doctor was late. I waited 40mins extra (i had booking) the doctor told me i only can talk to u for ten minutes so i couldnt finish my question and she was saying its ok to all the health issues i said. I was socked and i was so scared the way she talked to me.

It was not good, I had made an appointment for my children to such I was charged even when they had a health care card.
I was not advised there would be charges until after I saw the doctor.
It is disgusting that children now are charged to see a doctor and even more disgusting this was not advised.

Had 4 text messages in the last week saying the doctor needs to see me for some test results. Booked tele health and they called saying I needed to see the doctor. Told the lady on the phone I was confused as hadn’t had any tests with them for over a year (although I am waiting test results from another doctor’s)

Attended my appointment having finished work early. Doctor told me it’s a computer error and would only charge medicare! Don’t understand why they still charged Medicare for their mistake. Second time I have left work early for their error. Waste of time and I won’t be going back.

Dr Ernie is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. He is friendly, funny, genuinely cares, and is good at his job. I would recommend him to anyone. The receptionists are lovely too, and I love the convenience of self check-in. On top of everything else, they bulk bill. Thankyou.

Reception Staff and the doctors are very helpful and professional! Always happy with the service and definitely recommend to everyone!

I found a GP here to be dismissive and felt as though he never listened to me. He would constantly misinterpret what I had said and it was a battle to correct him. I felt as though I at times he would be argumentative about what treatment I require. He was never clear and I almost always felt the only thing he was good at was a Med cert. I have changed clinics now.

The reception girl on today was lovely and doctor apologised for the wait when I only waited 10-15 minutes. Much nicer service than at another surgery I have been to!

I had a bit of a wait, but, there was a bit of an emergency before me. All in all, a good experience

Absolutely the best practice I have visited in a very long time. There is genuine care in the service and amazing customer service from the reception and nursing team.

I general, I received the service what was for. Despite receiving good medical service, I experiened a kind of hesistation while receiving customer service at front desk. I hope to get better service at the front desk next time.

I haven’t been to a doctor in decades, (bad me), I’m one of those weird people who have an irrational fear of doctors! Unfortunately I have been feeling unwell & realised that as an older person my health problems wouldn’t just resolve themselves. Several years before his passing I had been taking my elderly father to see Dr Saravanan at Plympton Park Surgery, I had always found him to be respectful & genuinely concerned for my fathers health so I bit the bullet & had my consultation with Dr S, I was not disappointed both he and the staff were professional, polite helpful & respectful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Somehow I have two records in your system. Dr Chema asked the receptionist to fix this a few months ago but when I came back today Dr Aslan said they were still 2 records. A new one with no info and an old one with all my medical records which was the right one. I think it happened when I booked online n one of the receptionist insisted they couldn't find my details n opened a new file for me. I wish someone can fix this because it is so annoying having to explain to the doctor at every visit.

Dr Kalai (Dr Kalaivani Ekambaram) is always so lovely and understanding. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a female doctor.

If you do manage to get an appointment here you still wait on average 35-40mins. Don't book online it always gets cancelled the day before or the same day it's a joke why have an online booking service when it clearly does not work!
