Plympton Park Day & Night Surgery

I made booking via online for vaccine and waited for 35 min, and after 35 min i was told i cant get vaccine because i had a private health care (not medicare) what a waste of my time. All they said was it's a system fault, we can't help you. Wouldn't recommend here.try somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait more almost one hour, I was given appointment of 1: 36 but Had to wait till 2 30, had to cancel my work. So poor. I recommend other places.

Worst time management. Always 45 minutes to an hour late than what you have booked for. Such a waste of time. Not recommended.

They were great - I can honestly say that the doctor was quick but caring enough to actually check thoroughly everything that may have been causing my illness and he came across as knowledgeable and understanding. Great services all Bulk Billed and right near my house - I couldn't ask for a better clinic.

Unless you allow wait over an hour after apptmt time don't bother. They streamlined other patients. An hour later asked at front desk if I missed something at check-in; apparently hadn't. Wasn't rude to staff. Cancelled apptmt bc of work commits.

Nice and handy, staff and doctors are always polite. Do have to wait a while but clients tend to have lots of questions.

As new patient of 3 days. Appointment made and was seen by doctor although as is normal seen after about half hour waiting from Appointment time.
Today spoken with a lovely receptionist I thought but instead was the practice manager
Michelle who is helpful and has a calm manner over the phone.
Attitude that no problem is too big.
Dr Saravanan Kanniappan in my experience is helpful caring and approachable.

The doctor was the most judgemental, insensitive medical "professional" I have encountered. I attended an appointment as a support person and the way they were treated by this doctor was disgusting. Concerns dismissed, handled with very little care and when we asked questions he seemed put out for having to explain himself.

Poor reception. We are permanent travellers in Caravan. Booked online, for assistance on Sunday, only to be told by receptionist that “this clinic does not accept new patients and how did you get this appointment”. Receptionist was blunt, bordering on rude!

However, Doctor redeemed situation by providing referral to Flinders Medical Centre. 9 hours in ED, Respectful outcomes and referred back to own GP.

I'm glad that I fid my Covid vaccination at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The place was clean and everything seemed really well organised. The Doctor giving the shot clearly explained whatever query I had and made the entire process feel soo smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this feedback. Well done staff!

Some of the doctors are very nice, but I'm often waiting for close to an hour for my appointment. The clinic also never answers the phone until at least 10am so I struggle to cancel appointments if I can't do it online, and their website messaging constantly has errors.
(My previous review) Another clinic that doesn't take chronic pain seriously, even when you've had numerous surgeries, a history of back pain and months between seeing specialists. You just get treated like a junkie and not provided with any advice or help to seek further treatment. "just take Panadol" is the normal advice.

Dr. Tibor is amazing.if you book the right consultation time, he's never in a hurry, listens carefully and understands what the patient needs. The surgery is always on time, and I never had to wait when I arrive.

Fabulous Drs and reception staff. No bulldogs. Only improvement is give reception staff more area to work in

Needed to come in quickly and was able to get an appointment easily. Belinda at the front desk is an absolute shining star. GP doesn't always run on time but do not mind given that Dr Ibrahim was thorough and provided clear diagnosis and management.

The website and voice message on the phone explains the surgery is open both Saturday and Sundays till 1pm! Called this practice 5 times on a sunday at 10am and no answer! As a recurring patient this isn’t very good!

I used to go here all the time even with the terrible waiting over 30 to 45mins after my appointment time. I used to see doctor murphy who was great very helpful and compassionate but since hes retired every other doctor i have seen has been rude or unhelpful considering people come to recieve help for illness here there should be some compassion shown. To be honest it is only good for gettkng a sick certificate not to be diagnosed or helped. Suffering from a kidney disorder and no help in regards ro pain and forget it if you have a mental illness you will be treated like your a drug addict even with a history and a diagnosed condition.

Appalling service. Will often make you wait 10-15 minutes on the phone to chat to a receptionist, I have waited over 90 minutes in the Doctor's office to see a doctor (this was with a scheduled appointment).

I am currently waiting on a Doctor's report to be written which I requested 3 months ago and after 30+ requests they still won't hurry up with this.

Just don't waste your time here.

Had an appointment today, went to reception where I was completely ignored whilst the two receptionist had a conversation with the practice manager who was aware of me standing there. One receptionist went on typing and said I’ll be with you in a minute. Is this the way you treat your clients? You are just plain rude
