Pancakes At The Port reviews
84Disappointing lunch. Had to order online while sitting in restaurant. Takeaway coffee cups, meal containers and cutlery. Could kinda swallow this due to Covid19 difficulties. So much for environment tho. Harder to accept barely acceptable portion sizes and less than average coffee. The guy couldn't even add the sugar. For over $50 we could have got a better feed at a drive thru fast food joint. Won't waste hard earned $ there again.
Every single time I go there the food is always great and the service even better. The staff go well out of their way to serve to the best of their abilities. Recommend everyone try’s it out and supports small businesses.
Absolutely delicious. Milano was amazing. Excellent and very fast service with a beautiful view.
I definitely a recommended place to enjoy a pancake.
Thank you Pancakes At The Port!
Very busy, small venue, well worth the wait time. Long line and small wait to order. But was a reasonable wait time after the order was taken for food to come out. Over all very good experience and a beautiful view if you manage a seat outside.
Friendly staff, good food and great coffee all make it worthwhile at a reasonable price for the location. Would not hesitate to go again.
Probably one of my most favourite places to eat. Very generous size portions. All fresh and made for you daily. Even a sneaky kids menu too.
This is my local hang out once a month. When my daughter and her friend get together we (including her mum, I need someone my age to talk to) always go here for lunch. They have fantastic pancakes and you get other food here too. They can also do gluten free. Your little furry friend (Yes I'm talking about your dog) can sit outside with you too. The staff are lovely and helpfully.
You guys can feed me everyday! Fantastic food, great service and the pancakes really are to die for!
The staff are really nice and friendly. The pricing is good food could be a little nicer but definitely would go back.
Good serving size, great prices and absolutely delicious! (We had the All Day Breakfast and 3 stack of pancakes).
Offers a large variety of pancake dishes from around the world. Service is fast and food quality is good. Would go again.
4 of us had a late breakast this morning, it was excellent. The pancakes were so light and fluffy. Only someone who knows what they are doing can make pancakes that good.
Brilliant huge fluffy pancakes. The kids meals are good value and they get a little colouring set to keep them busy. We came before our trip on the dolphin explorer just down the road. Would come again
Staff not really enthusiastic or friendly. When I say how are you I get a grunt. Location is great and I am unsure why SA people don’t enjoy the port more. Bread a little burnt too. Bacon raw and coffee terrible. Not really great value but location location location
Delicious pancakes we had the mini version of 5 but it was too much for us, but we still are them up
Very nice pancakes and coffee. Loved the cream and ingredients used. Pricing a bit higher but I'm guessing with inflation it's normal for good quality food. Open from 8am only lunch, breakfast and afternoon tea. Next to the wharf it's a nice place to chill and relax for morning breakfast.
Went for breakfast. Service very fast. Food great and the kids had activity things to do. Would recommend and will be visiting again
If you're craving a good pancake in South Australia this is where you want to come. I only wish the bacon was a bit more crispy.
Ordered a large latte and the Stockman’s brekky with added mushrooms. Coffee was made beautifully however the food was not. The mushrooms appeared canned and tasted like beef stew. The ‘damper’ was certainly not damper and looked like 2 x processed half burger buns and the bacon was dry. Staff were nice but need to up their game. I’ll probably only go back for coffee.
Oh dear! Used to go to this place all the time and loved it but I think this place must have new owners. The price is expensive for what you get. Pancakes and shrunk and the add ons are completely over the top expensive. Try the other cafes in the area which are a lot nicer.
