Pancakes At The Port

$90 for 3x pancake meals. Charged us $12 extra to scramble eggs.and eggs already came with the meal. Absolute rip off! Didn't even include drinks. Food was bland and only just cooked! So over priced and not worth it.

Awesome breakfasts. Fed 2 adults & 1 kid, including drinks for under Aus$60. Impressive views, friendly service & good food. Strongly recommended

Loved it! Met up with friends from a group. Plenty of space. Nice coffee. I loved my Ham, pineapple, egg and pancake dish. Pleasant staff.

The two waiters who served us were not friendly and supportive at all. At first a waiter seems to be very rude by ignoring us at the door. Then she reluctantly let us have a table. She seems to be the head waiter. Then we saw that she gave an indication to another waiter toward us. This waiter saw us several times but ignored to serve until I raised my hand. She then told us that we had to wait for the food for around 40 minutes to 1 hour. It is very ridiculous to wait for a breakfast for 40 minutes. We decided to leave but we realized that she did not tell other customers the same information. We questioned her about the unfair treatment, and she simply said that she had forgotten. We could not believe her excuse. It is obvious that this place has a procedure to select the customers they like and kick out the customers they don’t like. It is such disgusting behaviour and attitude. In the review, we found another customer with the same experience.

Pancakes were ok but the service was terrible. Waitress was rude and unhelpful to our table and the table next to us. Told the elderly couple next to us to look at the menu online even though they had given us actual menus to look at and order from. Luckily a more pleasant girl saw they were struggling and got them menus. I was told to find my own sugar for my tea and cutlery to eat with even though it was table service.

Great breakfast, hit the spot. Servings were plentiful, and haven't had pancakes in years, very tasty and fluffy.
Only downside for me was takeaway cups for the coffee, if I'm indulging eating out for breakfast I prefer a cup.

We usually go here once a week, especially with the weather being nice prefer to sit outside. Absolutely amazing pancakes, they remind me of US chain IHOP’s pancakes better than any other pancake I’ve tried in Adelaide. The staff is wonderful and friendly, we have never experienced any issues here.

Went back to Pancakes for breakfast, with gift vouchers from a family Christmas gift. Food as usual is great, views are great, service is faultless, BUT - when my wife asked for her usual pot of English Breakfast tea she was told they only do tea bags in a paper take-away cup. Sad. Conversely, my usual flat white in a big mug also same in a small paper take-away cup.

We've been here a few times but something has changed, pancakes weren't light and fluffy, stodgy and under cooked. Quite disappointing

Disappointed this time with my gluten free pancakes. The last few times they were absolutely lovely, this time they tasted dry even with butter and maple syrup. But will always go back, as they are the only decent pancakes with fantastic service everytime.

I got the ultimate breakfast.everything was cold except the pancakes. Very expensive considering the quality.

I'm a regular here and never had a bad meal. Always quick to table lovely pancakes and prices are very fair. There are reasons a business survives in the same location for over twenty years.

Lovely outlook over the port. Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Unfortunately they don't have china cups, only cardboard (although they are recyclable)

Was absolutely amazing. Pancakes were better then Victoria's pancake parlor and service was so quick and attentive that we bairly waited 5 minutes for our order to be taken OR our food to arrive. Also had water for the puppy outside and good outdoor area

3 asukts, 1 toddker dining, waited 40 mins for our pancakes. 2 meals came out then 10 mins later the next 2. Last meals that come out were barely lukewarm. 2 dining had the blueberry & strawberry topping. Fruit was not fresh but frozen with toppings barely palatable. I was glad to have ordered jam and cream & at least could finish mine, although it wasn't hot Iwas hungry. For the price we would have expected better quality. We would have given our feedback in person however could not attract a waiter despite sitting there with 2 barely touched plates. We left wishing we'd eaten elsewhere.

Before covid our family went here regularly and was 5 star.
Went recently and was left disappointed. I can't eat eggs and I asked to substitute them with a hash brown only to be told I would have to pay another $5. Prices are high for the amount of food. Quality was o.k. Won't be back. Time to try some where else.

Great menu with lots of breakfast and lunch choices. The serves were very generous. I had the All Day Breakfast which was delicious and very filling. The banana smoothie was great too. The service is very friendly and efficient.

It was really good the food was amazing and the staff was really friendly and nice. What i had was called the big breakfast i think and my partner had eggs Benedict. I usually dont have coffee most of the places meaning cafes usually burn it but the coffee i tried it was OMG, i highly recommended the flat white just that alone was an experience in it self oh the view was really nice

Beautiful pancakes, nice and fluffy.
Individual portions of maple, but it’s plenty.
Good size too and reasonable prices.
