One of the absolute best bakeries in South Australia. Everything is on point and it is very well staffed!

Some of the best pies in SA and quality coffee as well. I took my in-laws along to see Hahndorf and we stopped for lunch at Otto's. The food was excellent and my father-in-law was extremely happy with his coffee too.

A good bakery at the southern end of the main street of Hahndorf.
The staff are friendly and offer quick service.
There is a good range of baked goods including pies and quiches. Also delicious sweet pastries and cakes.
The prices of the large baked pies are very good. Although the drinks are overpriced - $5+ for a juice is too much for self service.
There is outdoor seating at the front, bench style as well as table & chairs.
Sandwiches and rolls made to order are also available.
There is no Wheelchair access or seating available.

Great bakery. Wonderful food. 100% recommend if visiting Hahndorf. A little sad they didnt have any Beesting cake. A german bakery in a german town didnt have a classic german dessert.

Ottos has to be the best bakery in hahndorf. There is a lovely selection of pies, pastries, sandwiches and goodies for the sweet tooth. The staff are always happy and you are always welcomed when approaching the desk. They also make an excellent coffee. They have alot of outside seating to take in the views of hahndorf

Traditional, tasty and terrific! Friendly staff, quick to serve customers. Coffee is made exactly as ordered. Best chilli kranski I've ever had and the cakes are so fresh and soft. The tarts and slices are well presented and everything is well priced, especially the large family sized pies.

Absolutely lovely. There’s nothing that can compare to their coffees and pasties! Worth a drive from the city!

This is a great bakery.
I often go there to have a Nut slice and coffee and end up buying a big pie to have for dinner.
Staff are very polite and friendly.
Can't wait to go back!

It's a classic - used to be fantastic; a must see place with the best authentic rye bread and great pies and cakes. But these days it's just over hyped and over crowded with tourists. Kinda disappointing, or maybe it's just like any other good bakery of which there are hundreds these days.
