Had very rude customer service by a young worker today, made me feel like i couldn’t ask for anything i wanted and made me not want to go back inside.asked for knife and fork and she was very belittling with her response, “no this is a bakery” made me feel dumb? Every other bakery has knifes and forks so it wasn’t a dumb question but she made me feel like it was.a good food though but bad customer service

If you want to eat the best pastries and be served by the friendliest staff then Otto's bakery is definitely the place to come!

My first time today the service not to my experiences with other similar bakeries around mount Barker and a basic snack with my coffee very ordinary the coffee needs attention Too. I will give them another chance soon regards

Large bakery range. Very popular on weekends even though it's right at the end of the main street away from the main crowds. The location can make for easier parking or otherwise it makes for a break for the walk before turning around and heading back along the opposite footpath.

Had a "chunky" beef & potato pie - very nice but not chunky in anyway the beef was minced not chunky like pieces of meat which I was expecting but still very nice.

Wide selection of food and treats. Lovely sunny day so sat and ate lunch outside and watched the other tourists wander through scenic Hahndorf.

I go here quite abit. Great options and vegetarian food that isn't boring.
Staff are very friendly even in busy times!

Went there easter Saturday staff very helpful and friendly, got a very fresh sandwich which was great. Would definitely recommend the bakery

Food was fantastic, we got various pies and pasties to try. Service was lovely, the lady behind the counter was very helpful, explaining the various pies.

A very, very good bakery & extremely popular. I had a Curry pie & Chilli Kransky the pie was chock full of filling & excellent tasting. The Kransky was equally delicious. My mother had the Cornish pastie which she said "I'm not going to finish this", due to its size, but she did

The prices where high. The food is okay. Not much taste. The seating is poor. Outside under the tree their is bat poop everywhere.

Delicious and a great range of things to choose from. Their family pies looked fantastic and were great value.
We had 6 different things between us and all were great.

Awesome baked products, hard to limit myself to a few.
A great place to have a snack, lunch and the coffee was amazing.
Had a banana smooth and was delicious.
Great friendly service and great to sit out front to eat, even with the covid restrictions in place.
Definitely heading back again

Located on the busy main street of Hahndorf you may not find a car park space close to it but it is worth a walk. The range is amazing, the service is great and the quality outstanding.

Great bakery, even during the Conrona they are still polite and have great customer service. The pies are amazing, chunks of meat, gravy is delicious. The deserts are out of this world.

Pasty was not the greatest. Thai chicken pie was good as well as the apple bun. Service could have been a bit friendlier.

Must wear heavy boots! Otherwise this joint will blow you away.
Never ceases to amaze with the assortment of pastry, drinks and customizable food things.

Great prices which is such a relief for the family. Nice food and i was able to make a vegetarian brioche without any hassle.

The most friendly staff and have the most delicious food ever, by far my favourite bakery in the Adelaide hills.
