Waited 45 mins for an Uber eats that never came. When I called to check in the woman that answered told me to call back tomorrow and hung up.

"Pita Meal" sign says meal includes drink and chips so I ask for said meal. "Would you like it in a meal? ", I am asked. I reply, "The sign says the meal comes with drinks and chips. " Salesperson looks at sign that clearly reiterates what I've just said and answers, "A meal costs $13.50" which is $3.50 more than the sign. "Don't worry, " I say, "I'll choose something else. I was just getting the pita pocket because I thought the meal was $10. "Ok. Would you like the pulled or grilled chicken pita meal? "?

Have no Idea what they are serving to their customers. 1 pattie cut in halves and served as double Bondi no lettuce no sauce jus 1 pattie thats it. Will not recommended.

Staff including night manager dont care abt customer service. I stood at the cashier point for more than 10 mins. I cud see the multiple staff noticing me standing from the back area but no one came to attend the counter. They were all laughing and joking around with each other but couldn't be bothered to serve the customers! Pathetic service!

Extremely rude staff. 20 minute wait in drive thru then after i mentioned it to a manager in uniform i had the window slammed in my face. Very poorly run franchise. Will not be revisiting. Rude!

Authentic portuguese chicken in the middle of Adelaide CBD. Attached with a servo it has few parking spaces and a drive thru.

Just another burger joint thats over priced and has no personality anymore.
Its a pitty as they were great

Very bad service.very rude staff, we asked to cut half the roll they said they dont have any knives, we ordered grilled chicken and they said it will take long because they havent got any order of that previously.

Chicken strips were nothing special. Salad lacked flavour and didn't look or taste fresh. Food court option was handy in the city. Quick service even though 3 other customers waiting.

Good food, authentic grilled chicken. Their sauces taste so good. The chilli source is my favourite.

Literally every time I get food from here in store or via Uber Eats, it's consistently over cooked or the not what I asked for -_-

Don't mind Oportos. Tasty fast food with a few different options. Staff always efficient and friendly.

Good food.
If only it wasn't a 40 minute wait near midnight.
I could order a steak and eat it in less time than this.
Get more decent staff instead of having 1 person trying to run the whole thing solo.
