Delicious! And I don't feel gross after eating food from here like I do at other burger joints or fast food chains. Yum yum favourite 1am meal hahaha

Ordered a bondi meal, the burger was good bit could do with more sauce, my order was given before a few customers that had ordered before me. I waited around 10 min for the order.

Extraordinarily slow. Sure, it's no "fast food" chain, but don't expect to be in any sort of hurry. It seems they prioritise Uber Eats/Deliveroo/whichever else pyramid scheme flavour of the month food delivery service there is over an actual human putting effort into being present and ordering in person. Food was delicious, sure, but the service was nothing short of woeful. I feel sorry for the two staff who were frantically trying to run the show - it is clear that the greed of the operation model disrespects that of the staff who are employed by the company.

Night staff are completely unprofessional I’ve been in a fair few times at night and they always manage to stuff up my order, they’re also very rude and ignore you, probably hoping you leave if they make you wait long enough but when I go through during the day the staff are always lovely

Yes. The burger was tasty. Funny story! There was a big sign out the front of the OTR advertising some delicious looking burger. I asked the lady for the burger on the Billboard and she didn't know what it was, which is cool. I then remembered it had 3 patties of chicken in it. I had to literally walk out if the store and check the name. It was a Bondi. No photos were taken of this delicious burger. Please check the Billboard!

Their whole grilled chicken is really good. My kids love it. Its a nice and cosy place tonhqve an occassional lunch or dinner witj family or friends.

My first experience was very bad, I order a pulled chicken bowl take away, when I opened the bowl it turns out there is hardly 1-2 small pieces of chicken in it. Never ordering from the store again.

Fantastic food, awesomely spicy with the extremo sauce. Could do with a little more salt on the chips. Apart from that, top notch.

Worst drive thru experience i ever had. Staff here is soo rude with the customers. I dont know what they are serving like that they are so impatient.

I have been coming here for over a yesr regularly.

The staff are always friendly and the food is super tasty. The pulled chicken and chip box is a must have for $10.

I ordered burger through online and had to wait 1 hrs to get my order in my door. I got chips and coke except burger and they didn’t even try to help me just said to apply for refund.

Went around 1: 30 am, Normally during late nights the chips are soggy and not fresh in fast food joints, but here they were making fresh batch of chips for almost every order. I had hot and freshly fried chips. The guys working there late night were awesome.

Well prepared and late night guys are actual good people. Shame business owners understaff and overcommit them to walk-in and uber eats orders. Typical.

Ordered 3x chicken salad with mayonnaise and balsamic and half a chicken. Repeated my order again at the next window when asked.

Was given a bag which we then checked, no balsamic was present. Asked about the balsamic, 'oh we don't have any, we'll check the storeroom' several minutes later, sorry no balsamic.

Got home, there was hardly any chicken and it was rock hard and burnt. Partner also found a pendant in her salad (and in her mouth) which she could have choked on - photo attached. Completely useless.

Food is pretty good as a takeaway option but after a few times going to this store, fast food it is not.
Go if you've a little time, give it a go.

The place is good and clean. It's 24 hours. Although, a staff member was mopping and a customer came and not sure if he cleaned hi hands on the checkout.

Service is a bit hit and miss - more often due to not enough staff. Otherwise, friendly staff and the food is good.

Great food, generally get orders correct. Sometimes takes a while for orders to come out but you know they're fresh

The lock on the toilet door was broken and the toilet was backed up with waste. Absolutely disgusting. Useless staff, useless management.
