Ordered through Uber eats they canceled my order when I called to check what was wrong they with confidence said that it none of their business and never canceled it and ended the call on my face. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service
We had a quick bite on a show day morning at about 10am. We were the only family in the restaurant with 1 poor staff being the cashier and running into the kitchen to prepare our food. At least we had hot food which was really good.
I ordered some customised burgers and the night staff took it patiently and the person made all the food byhimself and good servie and best burgers i ate till now.
I don't recommend it, staff was very rude and food was cold. Long wait in Quite time.
I was show them offer on app they was like we cannot do that, there is one offer showing on the counter she was like you need to be download the app.
I went to other branches they are very cooperative and helping.
Lovely service beautiful chicken all let down by the fact some filthy drug user had dropped their used syringe on the floor in the toilets 2 feet away from the sharps disposal. Very sorry to the poor staff member who had to remove it.
Tables where not properly cleaned.
Staff was not very busy and could have cleaned while waiting for customers.
Bought Grilled Corn single serving. It was full of small meat pieces. Please be careful. This is quite an unacceptable way of making food.
I ordered drive through but customer service was not good.very rude behave every time this thing happens with me please teach them how to cooperate with customers
The food was right average and took around 20 minutes to get us through the drive-thru no other cars around.
This oporto is the worst one in all Adelaide.
I love eating Oporto but everytime I got it from this very store, I was always disappointed. I asked the guys three times for my order and he still got it wrong after confirming with him on the window aswell. Everytime the food is cold, like they have been storing it and waiting for the customers.
I normally love this place but the vibe, service and even food was off this time. The deals have changed too so I was a bit disappointed overall

Ridiculously long wait for chips and a water. Then I received sparkling water because they didn't have any still water. And I was told to get a refund would be only 10c back so better to get the drink (?)

I wanted to make an order around 04: 30 am 30/10/2022.
Crew girl said they are under maintenance and can’t make order for one hour. I told them I can wait and then she said she can’t take order for half hour.
I then went inside the restaurant and asked what happened. She said they are cleaning and can’t make order for at least half an hour.
So unprofessional and it seems like they just don’t want to work. Didn’t expected this from OPORTO
Staff including night manager dont care abt customer service. I stood at the cashier point for more than 10 mins. I cud see the multiple staff noticing me standing from the back area but no one came to attend the counter. They were all laughing and joking around with each other but couldn't be bothered to serve the customers! Pathetic service!
Asked staff to wipe down a table for us and even offered to wipe it down ourselves but we were told to just find another table. Problem was, every table was disgusting. Was told the reason was they were too short staffed but staff members were wandering idly behind the counter.
IDK id it was just freaky busy but it's supposed to be fast-food, not slow-food. 25 min in drive thru.and then they got my order wrong.
Pathetic customer service experience today. Order 3 quarter chicken boxes and they miss the items inside. We went again from home which is 20km away from Oporto. We ask to at least heat our order as it is cold and give us the remaining items he refused and throw the order in bin. He then take the time to refund it and we wait there for 10 minutes. He’s rude I don’t the name of him but he’s working late night today! Totally disappointed! There’s should be a option of 0 star rating here!
