Oporto

Ordered Uber (burger + drink + chips + chilli chips + salad), half the things that were ordered did not arrive. Specifically, the salad did not contain chicken as it was advertised nor the chickpeas. The only things that arrived was the drink, chips and chilli chips. They stole over $60 from us, (or quite literally, we spent $60 to only receive a small bag of chips, a sprite drink and a bowl of plain salad with nothing in it). This was not the Uber driver's fault as the bag was stapled and contents were not opened.

Absolutely sad, ordered an Uber delivery and did not receive a bag of chips that I ordered today. I heard that this was common. Other people have received less than what they ordered unfortunately. Do not order Uber from here.

Also, I read other people's reviews and they said they did not get what they ordered in their Uber! Surely they could have at least learnt from previous mistakes but apparently not!

Extremely poor customer service. The drive thru attendant said chicken will be prepared in 30 min when i went back in 30 min he said the same thing again and was very rude and unprofessional. Waste of time and a really bad experience overall. Will not be visiting again.

Horrible customer service waited 20+ min just to get meal opted 4 refund or else they would ve kept me waiting.one would expect being in the heart of CBD you would expect top notch service but not here shame on you oporto

Tyler provided phenomenal customer service. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. An employee must be recognised and awarded. He def won a new customer.

Ordered a couple of meals on Sunday night and was ridiculously busy for late Sunday, but the staff member at the front, his name was Manav was very courteous and jovial while getting the orders through. Even the burgers and meal were cooked perfectly without any rush

20 minutes still in drive thru retook our order further wait. Not worth the wait for standard takeaway food.

I ordered a meal and the food was good quality. However, i witnessed the poor employee I think his name tag said Kevin, get sworn at and called an idiot right infront of me by another employee with the blue hair when he asked for assistance. Kevin was nice and apologetic about the experience so I feel for him.

On multiple occasions they’ve taken 15 minutes to serve my order.
On multiple occasions I’ve arrived back at work to find missing items from my order.

This store is useless. I ordered my food at the drive through window. Drove around to pay as usual. After almost 15 minutes of waiting the window opens and I'm asked what my order was because nobody put it through. Beyond a joke.

Close this Store ASAP! You guys are just not deserving to run Oporto, in fact you are hampering down the image of Oporto. Always under staffed, 100% delays, zero communication skills and poorest Service you would get here

Nice place to even dine in. Staff is good. Food is very good too. Drive thru available, Parking on site.

Service fast and friendly, very clean, burgers were nice, but incredibly small, even the double and triple burgers were small, if they had bigger burgers I would have rated higher
