North East Modbury Medical & Dental Centre

Went to see a Physio and Dentist. Very friendly and respectful staff from everything I've experienced so far. Can't speak of GP experience as I haven't needed to see any so far either. Some uncertainty from reception staff on how to process private health insurance claim, but otherwise excellent service.

These doctors legitimately do not care about their patients. Please avoid this place unless you just need a doctor's note for work. If you see them about anything else the treatment or diagnosis is subpar

Rang 2 hours ago, 3 doctors on and 8 waiting. After 2 hours waiting only 1 doctor on. You need to be desparite to come here! Also the doctor seems to have a 10 minute break between patients

Nothing short of incompetant!
Waiting hours for an X-ray while others who want a script get priority.
Obviously not here to help anyone

I received terrible/poor customer service at the dental reception on 26-02-19. Never going back there again. I won't go into the detail. GP reception and doctors are fantastic and I will continue to visit them.

Don't ever come here if you have any plans for the day. One doctor to like 30-40 people. 3 hours wait. Absolutely the worst doctor's clinic i have ever been do.

It does take some time for you to waiting for a doctor. However it will take longer than the time they told you.

If you have plenty of time for waiting then it's a best medical facilities.
They claims to open till 10.00 pm but after 8.30-9.00 pm, you can't see any doctors as there are only 1-2 doctors and long queue of patients. I don’t understand why they advertise heavily when they can’t see the patients!

Absolutely fantastic- Receptionist was lovely and helpful. I couldn’t write from an injury, so the lady took my details verbally. She offered me an ice pack immediately and sent me around to the treatment room. A helpful and professional nurse assessed myself straight away and was seen within 20mins by a Dr.

Exceptional service all round. Greasy facilities and very clean.

Will definitely attend with any issues including my children and other family members if needed.

Went in to get x rays on my hand to get a medical clearence to return to work. The doctor refused to take xrays, told me even if it was broken all he would offer was a bandaid. I am so disgusted that a doctor would do so little and would laugh in my face about it! Even after telling him i had to have the x rays to return to work and it was under work cover he still refused! I had to go and see another doc and wasted the rest of my day! I will never come here again! #notrealdoctors

Best clinic I've been to in the last 7 years. Receptionist are all very friendly, I never have to wait long if ever. Been there around 5 towns and they were always on time. Online bookings are easy and Dr. Benny Tang is a wonderful caring doctor.

The doctor my partner saw had a horrible bedside manner, didn't listen to what she was saying about her issues and basically summarised it as "well, you're fat".

Wouldn't go here again even if the alternative is death.

Only one doctor available after hours - unable to meet workload resulting in desk staff having to tell people there is a 3 hr wait and they may not get seen before closing. Though not limited to this service it is more evidence of the health system in SA being unable to meet community need.

Had to wait more then 3 hours just to see a doctor. The front desk said 2 hours ended up being 3 hours. Definitely not worth it

Lady at front desk today was terrible. Also waited 2.5hours for no reason when there was 5 doctors on and 25 patients waiting.plenty of other doctor surgeries with good customer service they get paid to see you so the least they can do is treat you kindly.

This place is ridiculous. The doctors take their time in between patients.its complete bull that they only have 2 doctors in on a saturday.
I don't even want to give them a star rating but i dont get a choice.

Sure you may have a long wait but where else in the north east can you just turn up to see a doc that day and get bulk billed. The doctors are very thorough and any testing is also bulk billed. I don’t mind waiting for cheap health care that is of a high standard.

If you get there first thing in the morning it’s good, you’ll be seen straight away.
Have been waiting for 3 hours at one stage.
Good thorough doctors for the most part.
