North East Modbury Medical & Dental Centre

The service desk staff are friendly and very helpful, although when I was called by the doctor I was extremely upset when he would not let me speak, he spoke over me multiple times and would not listen to my concerns. He then touched my leg where it was incredibly sensitive very hard without any warning or without asking consent and then told me to go to a different GP as I “just have a bruise” as I have tried to tell him I am not concerned about the bruise but something else. I am very upset with this experience I wish i had gotten his name but he never introduced himself.

Excellent doctors and nurses, very professional staff, would recommend. Big thanks to the kind care plan nurse Tong for helping my dad with his care plan, was seen quickly and had a smooth appointment

I was made to feel 100% at ease. I recommend all Drs available and Kayla V who was delightful to deal with. I would recommend the centre to anyone who asks. On the many occasions I have visited I have left feeling as though everything was resolved. I also attend for my covid injections and flu shots.

Worst experience here, left in tears. Doctor did not even look at my issue and just gave me a prescription for some pain medication. I came for a reason why I was in so much pain and how to actually fix the issue not to be told there is nothing wrong without any examination or allowing me to explain.so agressive and 0 customer service skills from the doctor. Would not recommend unless you want easy medication or sick note - front desk lady was lovely and a big help tho

The Nurse that I was seen by was Kayla, She was very polite and attended to me with great care, she offered helpful advice and suggestions nothing seemed too much. Kayla had me leaving with a smile on my face. 5* review with 6* service

Just wanted to say that the wait time was not too long in the clinic before I went to see the nurse for my appointment. The nurse that saw me is named Kayla. Kayla Was very friendly, happy and efficient with me. I felt safe and in good hands and with her. Kayla made me feel at ease. I was very happy with her service and nominate Kayla for the gift basket. I will recommend Kayla to my friends. Thankyou so much for your service Kayla. ️

Elizabeth in the COVID Vaccination clinic was lovely and very able and efficient when it came to giving my Poppa Raymond Keen his 4th Dose for the COVID Vaccine.

I had my 2nd covid booster today. Elizabeth was such a lovely lady. Unusual to say that having an injection can be enjoyable but she made the experience a very pleasant one.

Had a great experience here today. I rang after needing to see a doctor, the receptionist was professional helpful and was able to offer me an appointment within 30mins. When arriving although the receptionist was by herself and very busy with arrivals and phones, she was polite and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time, the doctor was really good he listened and addressed my issues. Again service on the way out as well at the pharmacy was just a great experience all around especially when they were so busy. I always have a positive experience here and it is great to have healthcare accessible when needed.

Just been attended to by Nurse Kayla in the treatment room for wound re-dressing. Friendly informative and professional service.

Vivienne Missikos née Mills. I have always found the practise very professional. My experience today with Margaret was very pleasant and she made me feel at ease lovely lady and nurse.

The nurse who assisted with my son was so patient & understanding when he refused to be compliant. She was so helpful calming him down & even got him to sit still on his own without him koala holding me! They were busy too but she didn’t let that affect her job or mannerisms towards us which I really appreciated.

Useless place. Went to have my wound re-dressed as Ingle Farm Medical did a rubbish dressing. The Indian Dr at North East Modbury said he can't change the dressing as they don't have any Nurse.

Saw Dr Chris for the first time and then visited the treatment room for my flu shot. Both experiences were calm and professional. Thank you

Staff are friendly and very accommodating - my daughter had to have an injection and was very anxious. They were great!

Were seen ahead of time. Positive experience with our Covid Boosters. Our third visit, staff always extremely efficient and attentive. It was great that my husband and I were able to go together.

We rate all aspects of our involvement with North East Modbury Medical & Dental Centre, for our Covid jabs to be of a very high standard. Detailed phone and email information, very friendly and efficient staff, easy to access by car and a very comfortable building environment.

Friendly team, easy access, plenty of parking.very punctual, was called in right on time as booked.

Reception need more info on government grants very fast book in next day and TV on ceiling to watch while getting a oral examination and catching up on local gossip.
