72Rude staff, dirty store - deffs not coming here again. Honestly this place should be quarantined. What a bunch of grubs.
Worst bloody McDonalds in Adelaide! Always waiting in the waiting bay.always stuffing up orders and sending out melted ice cream.ice cream machine only in operation about 25% of the time.this place is poorly managed and really does need to either be shut down or taken over.
Stood there for 5 minutes didn't get served, just ignored only way to get served was to go through the drive thru. Manager blamed it on all new staff learning, she was quite rude.
There is always something wrong with my order at this drive through location. Even if the food is correct the fries packet is upside down in the bag or I get no paper serviettes.
Tables and floorspace around them needed tidying up when we arrived. We needed to clear a table to sit down.
To the guy who served me
(can't remember name, sorry) he made me the BEST caramel deluxe shake.

Understaffed for a Sunday morning breakfast period meant drive thru full with cars waiting to enter, waiting bays fully occupied, customers also waiting extended period inside the restaurant. Bacon and egg muffin benefited from added sauce. At least they got my order correct this time hence a second star rating
Mixed up orders in parking bay and forgot basic milk in cuppa.not to mention burgers looked like they were theown against wall
3 months ago I would of given this place 1 star. Since they have gotten a new manager the place has really picked up. Orders are actually right and not waiting forever for food.
They get stroppy if u forget to clean ur eco cup & refuse to clean and use it yet for the saving they loose customers hello hot water kills germs and hot water comes out of the coffee machine? Not so mchappy Ronald!

Today however went through drive thru firstly know one answered the first box no sign saying to go to only the front one was in use. Paying was fine but get to the food window and was ushered to the waiting bay to wait for hash browns (didnt even order hash browns) then they made me wait there 17+ minutes!
Then when they obviously remembered me waiting they bring my out a cold order (cold fries, nuggets)
Not very impressed! In the evenings the staff always seem unprofessional the chips are always cold and there is usually ridiculous wait times and an understaffing issues back in the day it was much nicer friendlier and fresher. I think the staff are too young or not well trained ️
