McDonald's Happy Valley

Literally they make me wait like 20 minutes and they came back to me and said we don’t know how long does it take may be 10-15 min because we don’t have the stuff. If you don’t have the stuff let me know at the beginning. Why make me wait like 20 min for nothing.

Very very long delays at 9pm at night. It shouldn't take 20min to get an ice-cream using the drive-thru

Waited 15 minutes for a bacon and egg mcmuffin meal, only to find out I didn't get the hash brown. Always seems to be issues at this McDonalds

My fiancé and I are now going to Maccas everyday for caramel frappes and no maccas puts enough cream or chocolate sauce apart from this one

25 minutes to get order from drive through.not good enough. Seems like uber eats customers are priority

Way to slow for ‘fast food’ and there is always something wrong with my order! Managers, train your staff to do a better job, it’s not rocket science!

I've got to say, not a patch on Hungry Jacks, I went Hungry Jack's the other day and there classic chicken burger was pure delight and I think the milkshake was better too, so buck up McDonald's.

Went through drive through didn't get Happy Meal. Went inside to get it waited for service they kept looking at me and the line of people behind me after about 5 min I yelled out for service. As did the guy behind me. He ended up walking out I lent over the counter and said are you going to serve me or what. I was completely ignored. Finally a lady come service me she got the missing happy meal and said sorry but not good enough. That many people standing behind the counter and no service. On a good not at least the food was fresh

Waited half an hour in the drive through just to be served cold food. Possibly the most incompetent employees I’ve ever seen.

The wait in the drive-through is a joke! It would be nice if the staff apologised but no, care factor is zero. Appalling.

Slowest Drive through in the known universe. Waiting bays are empty and line of cars going out around the car park to main Rd. If you go inside its a crowded mess with touch screens that don't order what you want.

Every time I have been here there has been some issue with my order. Tonight was the final straw with being told that I can’t order a single frozen Raspberry without coke being included due to their being remnants in the machine.

I can get this simple item at any other McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks or KFC with no issues.

Store manager was super polite and happily refunded me so no complaints there but guys please pick up your game.

I will never buy food from here again.

McDonalds Happy Valley - doesn't use their drive thru waiting bays, and seems to have no problem with cars waiting to go through the drive thru blocking uo the rest of the shopping centre complex and public roads. Person the phone point blank lied about them using waiting bays, when I'm sitting in the car watching those spots sit empty for 15mins I could see them. The rude response was to me pointing out they weren't using them was "we will take that under advisement". Have witness this store on a number of occasions Have an over flowing drive thru and not using the waiting bays, so if you want quick drive through - this door can't do it.

Just tried to get a coffee was after 2 flat whites, stood at counter no one was interested in serving. Tried to use kiosk but kids like them but when you are over 55 pain in the behind. It just didn't want to co-operate. Usless

Is Maccas. Speaker in drive through hardly works and staff couldn't be bothered showing any will to live. So like every other Maccas there is

My boy ordered a DOUBLE Mac chicken burger no salad (1: 45pmish drive-through). End up ONE piece fried chicken between the bun

We ordered three meals. We received three drinks and three chips, however one burger was missing. Not cool!

Ordered a cheeseburger minus patty and add extra mustard in a meal as well as a normal cheeseburger meal, got a bun, 1 pickle & just tomato sauce & just a bun and the sauces? No cheese, no pickles, no nothing, abit disappointing as it didn’t really fill me up and I payed full price, for bread, chips and water

Service was good but my fries were cold and burger Luke warm. Seeing as how I was eating in there was no reason for cold food

This Mecca's has great friendly service, very polite and eager to please. Also has a little more privacy with tables a little away from the hustle of other customers
