McDonald's Happy Valley

Major wait in the drive through. No change when paying cash and both Big Macs were missing a beef pattie, cheese and pickles.

This Maccas is generally nice and consistent (which is a welcome change from the one at Victor Harbor) but my most recent visit saw me served an ice cold burger with an almost-lethal overdose of sauce ‍️

Typical good fast food. Service was a bit slower than normal, heaps of drive throughs. Coffee and ham, cheese and Tom toastie. Nice.

This McDonald's is one of the worst I've been to. I lodged a complaint through the online reporting tool and received no response. Almost always have to be parked when going through drive through and often they forget things like sauces (most recently). I guess they have very little competition near by but just dont bother. Far too many mistakes too often for it not to be a management issue.

Slowest service in a long time, Luke warm cokes with no ice/half full cup.

Forgot thick shake & sauce for nuggets.

Had to tell the person how to fix the order whilst his manager was next to him asking him what order is next. Worry about the 1 Infont if you first.

After waiting for half an hour one of the person at the counter said "your order didn't go through". There was apologies at all.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Sundae machine broken, flavoured frozen drinks not available, 9 minute wait for apple pie! Menu selection printer not working!
Will avoid in future

They need to prioritise actual physical customers over doordash and Uber eats. Waiting for ages while lazier people get their food.

Came right after school hours and ordered a small meal and it took AGES to come but the food was good when I eventually got it

My quarter pounder was dry. The bun stale. The pattie dry and very thin. Maccas is a hit and miss experience. More miss than hit.

No matter how many tries I give it over several years it's always a sad affair.they always mess something up either ludacris wait times or forgotten items.

Playground littered with rubbish. Sticky floors and over aged kids climbing the playground while little ones tried to play

Had very bad experiences for years but past two times have been quite good. Clearly improved, maybe new management? Chips very good, burger one of the best I've had from a maccas.

As per previous complaints, whenever I attend there’s always a machine not working or they have none of an advertised product e.g. Frozen coke no sugar. Not worth the risk in going here, they won’t have anything in stock.

Can’t remember the last time I came here and didn’t hear the words, “Can you drive down to the waiting bay, we’re just waiting on your ONE burger. ”

Really slow service have waited 15 mins plus for an order of fries I understand it can be busy but it really wasn't go to Zak's just across the road way way better service and food

I would like to have seen a hand sanitizer spray in an obvious position in the dining area as the majority of the food is hand to mouth.

Husband went to get me maccas breakfast for Valentine's day. When he got home found that my hot cakes were thrown in the bag (half falling out the box), with NO syrup, butter or cutlery!

We are told to go to the waiting bay too often. Our order is also wrong about half the time. It's unfortunate that it is our local one.

Why do you have 36 flavours advertised? You're only selling vanilla coke and coke! What a joke. And never receive sauce for my nuggets, what's nuggets without sweet n sour sauce?: (
