Customer service was terrible my order was wrong they were rude when i tried to collect my hash browns they forgot and the staff were all looking at me as if i was a joke.their own mistake and they couldn’t even take accountability

Not the most efficient store I've been to.

Recommend to check your order, as often smaller items are missing or wrong.

Worst McDonald's ever. I'm honestly more surprised if my order isn't stuffed up. The latest one is a Cheeseburger happy meal. With no Cheeseburger. Seriously this store is so embarrassing.

I didn't expect the food to be great, so I wasn't disappointed but the service wasn't very good. The toilet was broken and water was running constantly and the restrooms need to be cleaned and updated. It was filthy aside from the broken toilets. Staff also use this restroom, so how are they washing thier hands when there is no soap. I wasn't able to wash my hands either.

They struggled to get our last simple order correct but after a while I thought we'd try again for breakfast. Turns out meal deals don't come with hash browns, despite charging you for them.

Just go elsewhere

Staff are always friendly here and usually get a good meal. Inside atmosphere is nice. Playground is a good addition if you have kids

Very slow and got food poisoning for a kids meal so lucky i had the cheese berger and not my 3 year old will never go there again

Rubbish food literal trash, i could grab something from a bin and it would be better than this.never get what i order.worst food ever.

This deserves no stars but I’ve got to put one because they messed up my order and my dad never got his food as they always **** it up! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

When driving through the drive-through, I was very frustrated to discover very few items available to view on the menu screen. This is counterproductive for both customers and staff. It is time-consuming having to ask staff to read items, descriptions and prices. McDonald's should value their customers enough to allow them the opportunity to see what is available and choose for themselves. We also waited a long time in the drive-through bay just for a few simple items.

Shame I have to post this on New Year's Day. This McDonalds needs to pick up their service and efficiency. Incredibly slow for fast food. Staff didn't serve dine in customers with a tray. Easy to disinfect and serve customer a new one. Vanilla Coke tasted like water, and I already got no ice. Ordering machine never has paper for receipts. Lady making coffees was more interested in chatting with her colleague and really not focused on the coffee making process. Very sloppy, then used her hand to wipe off excess coffee grounds. Now I know why the coffee is usually terrible. Not properly cleaned and pressed.
With that all said, credit to some of the staff that show dedication to their work and friendly service.

Went through the drive through & we were told we had to wait which meant we had to park on the side of the road as the waiting bays were taken.
My sons burger had tomato on it when he asked for no tomato.
My burger didn't have enough mayonnaise on it & the other burger was just in a mess. But it tasted good.

Food was great, they were very busy so that could be why the tables weren't clean. Would probably visit again.

Only go to this McDonald’s if you want to wait 30 minutes in the drive through for food…. Every. Single. Time.

Just takeaway today. All smooth sailing. Longish line but moved well. Food was was ready and the coffee was hot.

Franchisee/ Manager Happy Valley McDonald's. Please note previous reviews. I was lunchtime customer ticket 111, Wednesday 4th January 2023. Place was bedlam with many teenagers present. Given that, the female front staff were inattentive, more concerned with interaction with friends in dining area and/or ordering each other to do this or that instead of watching what they themselves were doing. For example my meals had been packed and placed on counter, girls then arguing who was going to fill drink order. When someone filled the drink order, she knocked over one of the drinks over the counter while getting a cardboard holder. I rescued the food order from the spreading drink while the girl was completely overwhelmed about what to do. Then there was confusion amongst the front staff about who was going to do what. Meanwhile drink was still spreading over the counter. Another example noticed, was the wrong icecreams going to the wrong people waiting out front.
I have no problems with kids getting a Macca's start in their career that's great, however attention to detail is required, defined roles and/or leadership - direction should be properly shown, knowledge they have a role to fulfil to their customer and order instead of being frivolous amongst each other are suggestions I would make. As for the food order - not much can go wrong with McNuggets and chips. However, on previous occasions when ordering any of your burgers, they never look like the pictures on your walls or advertisements. While fast foods of a similar ilk have been around for donkeys years and money is always taken before the order, one day, just one day, I would like to see my order made up before I pay for it, just like you do in a restaurant.

To whom it may concern. On Wednesday the 17th of August, I came to this McDonalds for the first time and just bought a large fries. To my appal, the girl handling my chips and putting them in the bag was not wearing gloves at all! She was touching all of the chips on top and as a germophobe where she was probably touching dirty counters and peoples dirty money, when I got home I immediately threw the top half of my chips in the bin. Please get your staff to wear gloves at all times when touching other peoples food. What a waste of my money. Will not be back here since they can't use proper health and safety hygiene practices. I just wanted to eat some fries.

Food was extremely cold and I only live 3 minutes away its not the drivers fault as I tracked him its the restaurant's fault the food was obviously left sitting there for a long time very disappointed

Every time I come here I'm happy with the service. Everyone is so friendly and ordering my food is so easy. I love the new mozzarella sticks too:)

Never food ready when you order. Always have to wait for order longer and longer now. Uber Eats first above any other customers. Almost 45min for 2 sundaes and 2 apple pies. So over this now. Never again!
