McDonald's Hallett Cove

I dont like maccas, i think they r a bit pricey compared ro Hungry Jacks. I only came here to get nuggets for my daugter, not again way overpriced!

Been here 3 times so far service has been very good, food orders are correct and everything arrived fast.no complaints.

I go for the coffee which is good and consistently well flavoured, however I am now told i must have an app on my phone to be eligible for loyalty rewards. This store was open 24 hours but has changed to regular hours and as a shift worker I am now unable to get my coffee on the way to work. Hungry Jacks across the road is 24 hours. NOT HAPPY HALLETT COVE MACCAS!

Always clean, they seem to have fixed the lack of reliability they were having for their thick shake machine.

When ever I order multiple meals they get it wrong every time. Once I waited 10min for 1 large frozen coke and received no apology.

Despite having many good experiences here, the past year or so of my experience here at this McDonald's has turned to s**t. I have recently been experiencing very poor customer service (especially in teenagers that give massive amount of attitude when they need to go "out of their way" eg: a customer has a complaint / needs something etc.) The food here has also been more on the poor side then good, as well as certain managers that have no clue what they are doing, and would stand around with their hands in their pocket whilst the whole store around them turns into shambles.

They need practice stacking fries (ours were in the bag lying down) and adding ice to drinks, 3 tiny slivers of ice on a hot day not good enough!

Incompetent drove through service, with the order being completely wrong. Do not go here if you actually want the food you order.
Also no frozen drinks.

I think you guys need bit of trained staff. They dont understand what I was speaking. They told me to park the car only for free water.

Paid $10 dollars for ceaser salad. Only got lettuce with five chicken bites, no tomatoes not even dressing. Not going back again. I am pissed to pay $10 for just lettuce.

Staff definitely need training on how to make a burger or I should receive discount for having to remake the burgers myself every time. The hallet cove store workers are useless they should pay there staff peanuts because there as dumb as monkeys

Literally the worst maccas ever. They Always get food wrong and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Always get told to go to the waiting bay when there’s no one in front or behind me.

McCafe wasn't too busy in the morning and my toasted banana bread and hot chocolate were both nice. Staff were courteous.

I ordered two custard pies. Waited 7 mins in drive through to be told I would have to park and wait 6 minutes for new ones to be cooked. Time after time this place lets me down with its poor service and rude management. This would have to be the worst McDonalds store in SA.

I waited more than 15 min for a meal
It was around 9am, no more than 3 customers inside the store when I ordered.
I just went to the cashier to ask about my order and the manager said “sorry”’because he just forgot about my meal.
Unbelievable.

I bought the macOZ burger medium meal and I was shocked by how small the beetroot they put inside the burger. Bought the same macOZ on another maccas and they have much better size compare to the one this maccas have. Very dissapointed. Won't buy here again

Just bought two iced coffees dated today and they were both off. Sausage McMuffin simply had the egg pulled off to save making a fresh one, and was stale. Hash brown cold.

Piss poor customer service and work ethic, waited 20 mins for drive thru and never got my food, won't be back

My order was starting to get messed up and 'LOIS' sorted it out and got it back on track. Lovely girl.very helpful and cheerful.
