McDonald's Hallett Cove

The toilets look like have not been cleaned in over a week, the other toilet was "DO NOT USE". Poor effort.
I was the only one at the counter but it took 5 minutes for just 1 coffee.

Not so fast Fast food. Staff on drive thru can't understand you and most of the time you end up driving to the window instead of ordering at microphone. Most of the time you get fresh fries

Good place to pull in and have a quick bite. Could be busy around lunch time. Plenty of parking available and the drive thru is pretty quick.

Last 3 Chai lattes tasted like warm milk. Previous order had missing item. Not impressed and not on a par to other McDonald's.

Left waiting for over 10 minutes for a triple cheese burger meal. Only one other car went through while I waited for my meal.

I found the best thing of about this place was that I got a Pizza at 11.30pm.hot and really very tasty. Place has enough parking space for your cars n bikes

Ordered soft serve icecream. Drove through to collect. Given it to me in a cup and they said it was too runny to put in a cone! Like why not put a sign up at the entrance so people know what is going on. Massively disappointing.

Apparently ice lattes have syrup in them. When I asked for one without, they changes it with a smile and even showed me how to order it on the screen to get it without syrup. No idea why MacDonalds needs to add sugar to everything. Probably to make us more fat.

Poor service and food preparation. One burger had cheese melted outside on the box instead of inside the burger. The other burger was upside down. Chips weren’t seasoned properly and were soggy. It’s a joke!

Managers doesnt even know how to operate Uber tablet, And makes an excuses to cover his incompetence.

Do not waste your money here, drive a little further down the road and go to a different McDonald's, they always get your order wrong even if you order ahead on the mymaccas app. They want you out of the drive-thru as fast as possible so they don't mind giving you the wrong order and have to come back in your own time.
I'm serious they ALWAYS get your order wrong or items missing, waste of money.

Asked for table service (had a number) was given takeaway. Waited patiently a fair while near register to pay cash and another with a higher number was given priority (friend of employee?). Not a good experience overall. Young staff quite often disregard more senior people even though colour of money exactly the same.

Terrible service. They were not busy at all, 4 staff members walked past without making eye contact, so i had to call out to tell them the printer wasn't working and i didn't have my order number or receipt. Taste wise food was ok, but very badly made with cheese only half on the muffin. Then got home and noticed they missed the hash browns.

Do yourself a favour, drive 100m up the road and go to hungry jacks.

Sick to death of this maccers, this is the third time they have missed stuff from the order, I find out when I get home as looking through a large bag of hot food in the dark is impossible, this time a big Mac so I just ended up having chips, to far to go back and pointless spending 30 mins on the phone trying to get a refund. Sort it out guys it can't be that hard.

Couldn't get my uber eats delivery correct, missing food. Always takes so long to get order done. Fix your issues up.look at your reviews Hallett cove MacDonalds.

Don't like the machines as they are confusing for oldies. It was so much easier to go to the counter. Food was hot and coffee good

No soft serve ice cream available which is unavoidable, BUT to not have a sign at the entrance to the drive through telling customers was very frustrating. I waited for approx 8 minutes in the queue to be served, to then be told. I couldn't get out of the line up then so I had to wait for all customers infront of me to collect their orders.

So annoying. When you open at 5am but no one serves you at the drive thru.it's a hit n miss. Some of the staff are awesome, but this has happened way too many times.

Order was wrong and when asked to correct it was made to feel as if it was my fault and felt so uncomfortable, staff were not helpful at all!

Not normally the one to complain but I've been here multiple times and always left disappointed. They never gets my orders right, staff are rude and blunt and your always waiting in driver through for 10 minutes or sent to waiting bay (even if their not busy). When i had an issue about the meal i received, i decided to talk to the manager/ supervisor. By talking to her i felt she did not care and as if i was wasting her time as she was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes.i hope the owner takes consideration about who their hiring and look at these reviews as they are not the greatest:/
