Absolutely disgusting! Everytime I chose to get maccas, it is a massive let down.would rather eat 2 min noodles!

Awful food, terrible customer service skills.fries tasted like they were 2 weeks old!

Garbage, poorly cooked with no care.how can u make a burger n forget one side of a bun? Meat cooked so much that its hard as cardboard. Who ever is responsible for the quality (or lack of) for this place should really self reflect and ask if it's the job for them.this is more of an upper management complaint because clearly it's franchise and I've never experienced this low grade quality of care about the food they serve or customer satisfaction from any other Macca's outlet.don't recommend until there is a sign saying under new management.

Menu UI needs revamp. I ordered 3 x chicken de luxe and did not get drinks nor a burger nor chips but the display show these. I'm unhappy, want my money back

Where as service was extreemly slow and food and coffie was warm not hot.
Some people before me were waiting for food in carpark as I left.

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered a small Big Mac meal from this establishment and it was terrible. Fries were salty, the bun was damp, and the burger was made with NO care. My burger was made from Ben Frost.

This has to be the slowest Maccas drive through in history, even ordering just a cheeseburger you have to go and wait in the waiting bay. The only time you don''t have to wait is if it is raining. Some really nice staff but just very poor service

Well below average maccas.
I would recommend AVOIDING HALLET COVE MACCAS and driving an extra 3mins to the next one at Reynella or Happy Valley, you will get much better service. Or simply going to the HJs up the road.
The staff (especially managers) here dont care about the customers, or the food.
If you can, go to any other maccas or local cafe, I guarantee it will be better.

Extra Pickles?
Ordered 2x cheeseburgers extra pickles & didnt get the extra pickles.

Maccas had advertised 50c cheeseburgers all day & when i checked later they had charged $4 each for greasy burgers without the extra pickles payed for

No meat. Then they want me to drive 20 minutes back to get a replacement.
Also made me wait 20 minutes too mess up my order. Don’t waste your time here.

As expected, wrong orders taken 'cause its hard to listen and comprehend but because they're useless we got a fee feed that'sthsnks to the person that ordered for him family behind us. Cheers guys

I was coming here most mornings to get my morning coffee and every time I ask could I please have it extra hot and every time it's barely warm, plus coming through the drive through the guy doesn't great you he just says "are you using the app" no hello he's rather miserable at the window aswell, the young manager yesterday morning didn't give two craps, I think I'll just get my morning coffee elsewhere, how do these places stay in business

Love how they are open 24/7 now. I can get food on the way home from work. Always nice chips and owned by great caring local people.

Usually never have a bad experience here but today was not the best, a simple ham cheese tomato tostie is not that hard to make, took them 4 times to get it right! First time no tomato, second time cheese not melted, third time no ham, fourth time still not great

I drove my friends and I through the Drive Thru last Sunday around midnight after a night out and we were served by a LOVELY worker named Alyson, who was the kindest, most caring, hilarious, and generous employee who I've ever been served by. Alyson was attentive with our order, joked with us, and made our nights! I have two McDonald's closer to where I'm located, but I'll only ever be coming back to this McDonald's due to the AMAZING service!:) I highly recommend!

Monopoly stickers always missing (are the staff keeping them?), chips are always cold, coffee is bad. Service is slow.

Customer service was horrible, people on today were next level inexperienced. Never waited so long for food from McDonald’s ever. Drive through was a shocking experience.

So the food is McDonald's we can get it anywhere. I spoke to a supervisor about the machine being broken. Her response, "there is nothing I can do about it". I would understand if they were busy but it was not. I watched over the staff for about 15min while I ate my food. The supervisor served 3 or 4 people in this time and delivered no friendly customer service at all.

Its okay, not terrible just a little disappointing that there were probably a whole 3 people in the store and it took 10 mins for our order and then it was served cold.

I have purchased food through menulog three times from this restaurant. Each time something has been missing (side of fries, a regular quarter pounder and not double etc). Whoever owns this restaurant needs to employ some proper management. Hopeless
