McDonald's Hallett Cove

How hard is it to put what ever is on the screen or docket into a bag. All my fries were missing and when l called it just bad luck.

Very rude and obnoxious staff, I was picking up an Uber order and i told the crew i want to order something he ignored and didn’t respond while i waited 10+ minutes in front and then i asked some other crew she told me I can’t order anything while picking up Uber, that’s really sad if I can’t just let me know right away why waste my time.

Personally had a bad experience. Ended up using another McDonalds store which is much better. However, I did go back a few months after I made my original comment and it does seem a little better. Hopefully they keep improving and others have a more positive experience.

Ordered mc favourite box (4 big macs) takeaway, returned home to spicy mc chicken, double big mac, cheesy sticks in a chicken mcbites bag and an extra 10 piece chicken mcnuggets. We also had barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce.very disappointed

Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery. Missing one meal completely. Called the franchise spoke to the manager who had no clue. Told me to contact door dash. They only refund. Meanwhile we are still one meal missing. Not good enough!

The staff is very unprofessional took way too long to order. I recommend the one at Old Reynella

A cosy and friendly place, although they do sometimes get orders wrong if you've customised some things in your order.

Ordered a large soy flat white coffee; made promptly, tasted good temp good, the bad bubbly at top filled 1/2 inch below rim and grounds plentiful in the bottom!

Managers of this particular store, they are clearly not as interactive with employees as they are rude to the point of you wanting to just refuse taking the meal you have just paid for. Seriously if anyone actually reads these reviews. This place needs an overhaul of staff and manager's. There is plenty of people out there that would be happy to work in a job that they clearly hate.
Such a let down on such an important day for Ronald McDonald house they would be appalled by this behaviour.

Rude employees got the order wrong and made us pay extra. Wouldn’t correct there mistakes. The employees got there manager who was extremely disrespectful. Don’t go there.

Very poor service again at the Hallett Cove drive through!
I ordered an Almond milk latte this morning, but by the time I found out it was actually full cream milk, it was too late!
They don't confirm your order when you receive it, they just say, "here it is". I even double checked and asked if it was almond milk and she said "yes". I didn't try it until 10mins down the road, as i was waiting for it to cool down, so it was too late to turn around. They should confirm your order at the window when they give it to you. This has completely ruined my day, as 1) I'm lactose intolerant, 2) I'm diabetic and full cream milk is too high in carbs and sugar, and 3) I've now wasted money with an undrinkable coffee!

Staff can rude on occasion.food is not that flash, not much enthusiasm by staff to put in effort to make it good.

Limited menu options compared to other McD restaurants. Also really hit and miss with service and food quality

It's a Macca's. The Grandies were happy. Long black coffee was a tad weak but such is fast food life, eh?

They gave me the wrong dressing for the Caesar salad, chips were cold and it wasn’t even particularly busy, in fact it was quiet with very little pressure in the kitchen.

I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Every time we order from here the food is Luke warm or dead cold. I think the problem stems from bad ownership to non-competent management topped off with youth labour and 10 percent care factor

This is a middle of the road maccas. It can be hit or miss at all hours of the day, but seems to be more consistent at night. Staff are very friendly throughout the interactions I’ve had with them.

They never get the order right. Every time whether drive tyru or walk in its wrong. Forgotten items or incorrect items. Useless. Worse than useless.

Service was good, food was OK. Carpark is a bit tight for larger vehicles entering the drive though.
