McDonald's Darlington

Ordered on the board when arrived.not a fan with machine glitching and touch screen not scrolling.prefer face to face ordering.staff lovelly but waited over 20mins for our food to arrive at our table as we dined in. Not very busy at this time either.

Very dismal service speed. 17mins from order placement to receiving the order when it wasn't overly busy this morning. I had my McCafe coffee after 4 minutes, not the meal however.

Manager doesn't appear to 'manage' and dictate very well when it is needed the most.

What the concerning part is that i have noticed this is a regular occurrence for this particular store.

Less than ideal service.

I met an acquaintance for breakfast and was impressed by bright and bubbly staff at 7.30am Good value for money.

It was just as any McDonalds store should be. Staff were nice and food was brought out to us quickly despite being busy. The food was good.

Polite staff but computerised ordering is confusing as you have to let them know to start your order once ordered and then go back to counter to pay when using cash.so order took 20 mins due to staff thinking we were waiting on an eftpos order.

Took over 10 minutes to receive our order in the drive thru saying they lost our order and that we had not paid for it

Would be nice, to get food without you putting your fingers all over my hash browns, simple put them in a bag. Not good food handling, Not happy.

A few times in the past have gotten my orders wrong, which is quite annoying. Especially when you get home t find it wrong. Aside from this its alright.

Thus fast food venue is quieter than normal with the roadworks but my experience has regularly having to wait too long to get served, let alone getting food through the drive through. I have even had to abandon the order as it took 10 minutes just to order and they wanted to warrant me again for standard item. No way thus venue will cope under normal traffic and I now avoid.

Every time i go to this McDonalds i have to wait so long for just a basic order and the staff didnt even look like they knew what they were doing. Staff looked like they cared more about the driveway service and uber orders. How many staff does it take to do an uber order? Well, here 3 and they got that wrong.

You'll need to order 8 hrs beforehand then if your lucky you might get your meal on time. Very slow! Also watch your paper bag the woman tore the bag before handing it to me.

If I could give no stars I would as it's one of the worst McDonald's, don't bother complaining when they stuff up your order they don't care this includes the manager. Hungry jacks is better across the road.

We don't often buy burgers but we had a buy one get one free docket. We both had the classic angus which was good for a burger.

Good food and staff. To much road works and building bridges. Can take up to 15 minutes to get on to South rd from MacDonalds

Disappointed about the changing roadworks. I bet the store is too. A bit too busy and noisy at the moment. Too many hi vis vests in there.

Ordered 2 spicy wraps and one with crispy bacon. Asked to go to bay only to receive it no more than 10seconds. The spicy sauce was over powering, not much dryslaw or DLM.
The OTC not listening to order. Got the wrap wrong and she put burgers through. Then she put a medium sprite through instead of Fanta.

The cokes watered down heavily and the burgers may as well be plastic there are plenty of decent burger joints out there even fish and chip shops usually have better burgers.i don't know why people still take there children here.
