Food can be dangerous in the morning it's like they sell pre maid food burgers are cold etc

Ok, for the last time.

McDonald's is McDonald's.

There is nothing different here. Except every so often, there is some Karen trying to get a refund from their half eaten cheese burger.

Service is fine, just remember to realize that the only thing that's probably different is the playground.

1. Customers service is rude, pretty much people's work in this place is rude.
2. Chip's is very different compared with other McDonald's Chip's, is very soggy.
3. Always run out icecream, pretty much non.
4. Burgers was ok, sometimes Burgers no sauce.
Hope some managements check this place out and make it great again. This place use to be nice but now just not a good place to get your foods etc.

Maccas kicked me out for not wearing a mask and I told them that I was 12 and had asthma and I even showed them proof this is the worst service I’ve ever had at any place in my life.

Overall McDonalds have taken a dive. Darlington however have taken it to another level with some really aggressive staff and a nasty manager. After questioning the rubbish quality of a chicken burger, I was spoken to rudely and with aggression that this is the way they are. I was then told maybe I shouldn’t order that burger again and had my refund shoved into my hand through the window. I was the then told to move on even though a car was in front. The female staff member ordered me to reverse and drive away. I suggested it is safer to just wait for the car in front. I was then snarled at and advised to just move. Horrible McDonalds joint. Head to HJ’s up the road. Nice people and the burgers are better at……You know the drill!

Disappointed that every time I order from this store there are items missing. I'm never ordering from this McDonalds again because they clearly lack the ability or empathy to offer decent customer service.

Your bog standard maccas, it does what its supposed to! However, service is usually friendly and rarely have to wait here

Manager was rude when asking about the app, no smile nothing. Really disappointed about the customer service by Cheyane when I politely went up and asked for help.

Between this store and Seaford I couldn't tell you who's worse. Absolutely disgustingly filthy. Clueless workers and a foul attitude to customers. My family and 2 other families and then a single older gent all had our food stuffed up. Would be good if they had some sort of management.

Frozen Fanta flavour machine was broken which seems to happen a lot at ALL McDonalds but they gave my daughter a same size Fanta to replace it at no extra charge, unlike the rude individuals at Mount Barker that still charge extra and were just plain rude when I brought it up, so will be avoided in the future at all costs- We dont want McDonalds THAT badly.

Not happy at all with the way my food was served. Cold chips, burger just throwing together, a mess.
Will not come here again.

McDonalds isn't hard to cook fresh and this particular McDonald's puts in no effort. Consistently bad quality due to poor freshness, funny way to treat customers.

Haven't been in to a McDonald's in a long long time, zero customer service available at point of sale, only option is touch screen self service.
McDonald's has lost it's direction.

Gee wiz. Occasionally, and I mean occasionally because it doesn’t happen too often, you get fast food that just blows you mind. From the get go I was greeted by Tom the lovely male manager who had a smile on his face. Using the kiosk machines I paid cash up at the counter and the girl served me without fault. I saw the manager in the kitchen making the burger and boy oh boy did he do a good job. Was one of the freshest, well constructed burger I had ever seen. Thanks Tom, normally it’s just Maccas, but today it was McDonald’s. Glad to see a good team on together!:)

I’m not from the area but if I’m ever down this way again in the early hours of the morning I will be back!

Cold chips and difficulties hearing on the loudspeaker for ordering drive thrù. Staff very pleasant so 5 stars for them but 2 stars overall for cold chips

Ordered two custard pies but end up with one custard and one apple ️ and I’m already at home, don’t want to go out the second time during the lockdown…

So I bought a burger and and a soft serve and it took 30 minutes! And by the time I got my food the soft serve was just white liquid and my cheeseburger had bites in the cheese, no pickles and no sauce! OTHER MACDONALDS ARE BEADT EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE BEVER GO HERE

Acoustics 3 stars, quite ok
If you order via the kiosk and you are hearing impaired you can't tell when you're order is ready. I asked a staff member how I should find out and he just shrugged.
We only ever come here for coffee when there's nowhere else convenient, and the coffee is usually reasonably good

Amazing how they never get the orders right. It’s either a missing burger, a missing sauce, a half empty fries and more lol

Rubbish service. I apparently missed the payment window and the girl wanted me to drive all the way around again instead of taking my money and walking 10 metres to the other till. Shows you that young people have the laziest work ethic and I took note of her name. Where is the customer service? Not here
