Can't understand the person through the drive through, got two big Mac meals, ripped me off a big mac, told me the promo free glasses celebrating the big Mac were only if you buy a grand.lack of training there.never going there again. Oh and the fries were cold.

Staff welcomed me like family and fed me like I was somebody. The food was healthy and tasty; especially like the grilled chicken salad; and it’s as if when I handed them the cash they handed me my meal magically. The closest restaurant to my home if there were seven stars I would give them all to you ️

Not much to say about McDonald's they are mostly the same. But it was clean quick table service and they got our order right which is always a bonus.

Never been a fan of Macca's food but after a disappointment with another franchise we decided to give them a go and was surprised. It was actually enjoyable. They have some new menu items that taste great.

Went to this place and ordered Chicken spicy and Southern fried chicken burger around 2 am. They responded that they dont serve those after midnight which concludes that application is providing wrong information and other stores are serving those. The staff was very rude and clearly unaware about what they serve to customer at what time.
PS:
Its a request to the staff to please be polite at drive-thru speakers. I had to do drive all the way to another store to get my order as they serve those burgers in overnight menu 12am to 3.59am.

Took quite a while to receive our order. The floor under many tables was filthy with food scraps and rubbish left everywhere for the entire time we dined in and we were there quite a while. The bin didn't get emptied until it was past over flowing and the push screen was filthy. There was a dangerous spill on the dining room floor that was partially dehydrated that multiple workers walked past that wasn't cleaned until the staff was told it was there - then it was cleaned and no wet floor sign was put in place for customer safety. It was gross and dangerous.

Worst one around everytime I go through on the way home to get my daughter a happy meal there is never a toy in there how hard is it to do your job

Would give zero if I could. I done app order 15 minutes before I got to drive through waited inline for another 10 minutes got to final window got asked to park in waiting bay so I then went in side asked how long order will be be they hadn't even started making my order order it was only 3 nuggets and bacon egg muffin.the manager on on was very rude should not be in customer service

Latest Review - The guy at the burger station had gloves on. He was making burgers and sweeping floors with the same damn gloves. Disgusting

First Review - Its an average location. Can't comment on food as it's same every where but I do appreciate that staff will make it fresh when requested. Can be a bit unclean during the evenings. Drive thru is probably better than dine in tbh.

Half of my order missed, spent 15 minutes in the drive through and just thrown a bag full of food with chips upside down and tipped all through the bag.

Staff member was rude, clearly Uber orders were prioritised over dine in I enquired after 15 minutes and she fobbed me off and looked miserable.

This place is probably the only one that gets my order right 100% of the time. The only down side is how busy it gets. To avoid a longer wait I park and go inside, it's much faster.

Very very rude supervisor on the evening shift Thursday 04/03/2021. I' still shocked and shaken by her behaviour. I have been regular here for the past 6 years! Just raised a formal complaint too.

Its ok, I've had a few messed up orders here and staff often don't confirm the order on the screen or repeat back. Once I ordered extra fudge on a sunday but got the same as normal (I was charged for extra)

Worst maccas in the state. Terrible staff and terrible service. Everytime I visit I leave dissapointed.

Great place to grab a cappuccino and some burgers if you end up waiting for your near and dear ones in Flinders ED. If so, may God bless you with you a quicker diagnosis/recovery and less than 6 hour waiting at ED waiting area. Only God can save public hospitals now as current Liberal govt (so called money managers - don't make us laugh) gives no sh*t about the public hospitals and is trying to cut the budget wherever possible.

Long wait times, poor service in drive through they served multiple cars over only one side of drive though while the other side waits

Self serve terminals didn't work, the staff member couldn't put through an order over the counter, after half an hour left with no meal. Where has the customer service and staff training gone.

Inconsistent coffee quality (there are days that it’s really good, but often coffees are of medium-low quality), staff at the drive thru arent always very friendly, speaker box at the drive thru has super low volume, sometimes it couldn’t be heard or the staff wouldn’t hear what you say. Customer service is particularly affected (low) during school holiday mornings

We had to wait for our food then when it was brought out it was cold ice cream was half melted not the best experience at all
