65 Potential customers BEWARE.
Took my family here (4 of us). Given I was full, we decided to order three items, but the staff member stated that as policy each person has to buy an item.
I complained and the staff member replied with "you are welcome to leave" in an impolite manner. This is the first and last time im going to this place.
Overall, staff are unfriendly, service is not great and the business policy as I have mentioned is appalling.
The experience was good, service alright but not matching the prices they charge.
Everything was overloaded with Matcha but the star flop was the panacotta, the texture was like a dough ball instead of being wobbly. When i provided the feedback to the lady, she wondered - we don't have a panacotta on the menu! That's when the other server reminded that yes they do have a panacotta on the menu! Not going back again. Sorry!
Disappointing customer service everytime I've visited. Also be aware that the store policy requires each person to order an item. So for those who like to share desserts, this isn't the place to go!
Im sitting here right now and the bad attitude of staff has put me off before my food has even come. The prices are ridiculous for tea and cake too. Better be a bloody good lava cake for $16
Atmosphere was great but the price was expensive compared to the portion of desserts. No chair uses, so could feel uncomfortable after few hours but feel like in asian culture!
