Don't bother going, the lady Dr (I use the term Dr loosely) was absolutely hopeless. Was very rude, arrogant and had no idea what she was doing. They cannot and will not get information from other medical centres (with permission) to help you in any way, one phone call is all that was needed. I hope she don't get paid for this visit today. She did nothing.

I am trying to speak to someone of more than half an hours.no one is taking my call. 3 times someone picked up and hung up straight after. Bull sh**

Waited 4.5 hours with two kids to just get vaccination done. Lift was out of oder so used the stairs to carry the pram. Car park closes at 9: 00 pm still they locked the stairs at 5: 30. Had to go all the way around the centre and use the same ramp as cars. Its insane. If u want the worst experience and have lot of time to waste, will highly recommend this.

Waste of time, most expensive and hopeless medical centre. Had to wait 2 hours, for a prescription to get just a damn tetnus shot. They charge you up front so you can't even leave, no returns.

I spent more than 3 hours waiting for a 10 minute consultation. Reception staff are rude, and doctors spend 1 hour for their lunch break. Ridiculous!

Nurse could not care about the patients too busy walking around talking to her colleagues
Worse than going to A&E
Look for somewhere else as this service just doesn't make the grade by far

Reception could not have been more helpful. Friendly attentive and very cheerful personality in taxing circumstances. Professional and ultra competent. Thanks Jemma you rock!

I went to the medical centre with an urgent condition. The staff were nothing but efficient, professional and caring and I was dealt with in a very timely manner. Good result for me. Nothing but praise for them Thank you

My friend had a fall.
We booked a Taxi.
I rang staff who were unable to Make a Dr.appointment, met us 2 with a Wheelchair at the Taxi. Took Medicard card as Deposit on wheelchair.
Went back to the desk to work, booked her in with her Medicare card. While i pushed the wheelchair. They opened the door when i came in with wheelchair.
She had 3 & 1/2 hour wait.
Xray, Dr.visit, Painkillers at chemist, Crutches suppiled.
Helpful & Friendly staff.
Another friend drove her home.

I have come to know, they have started charging a gap and gradually all doctors will be charging a gap by the end of the year. Also booking in the evenings is blocked for the time being. I go there only for urgent needs like a sick note, repeat script or wound care only because it's still cheap and that's what a walk in centre is for. Now that waiting times have increased and gap fee has been introduced, look elsewhere as well as a back up plan.

Reviewed my previous Review & amended position.
Management has assisted with operations & sorted some problems.
Booking on-line & now by phone, much better.
Wait times can get long for walk-ins, try looking on-line 1st & ringing 2nd.
Be prepared to wait if you do walk-in.
Heavies days Mon & Fri, plus 1st day after a holiday.

The receptionist working there should be all replaced. Racist, dishonest, and personality fake. Government should d something about this. Doctors are good

Given that this is a walk-in centre, how is it possible that so many other people register after i have done & are seen by doctor well before my name is called?

I can't believe how bad this place is. They tell you the wait is 90 minutes. I waited for 4 hours and when I did see a doctor she was rude and totally disinterested in what I was saying. Please don't go there.

Was told by a reception lady over the phone there are 3 doctors seeing 37 people who are waiting and basically "Don't bother".

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this GP clinic to no one. Poor rating from my perspective.

I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait but it's to be expected, it's a walk in clinic! Staff are under the pump from patients so cut them some slack!
