The worst place to see a doctor. I booked to see a doctor and the receptionist says the waiting time is an hour and when I came back in 30minutes they say the doctors won't be seeing anymore patients.

Very satisfied with the quality of service.
The Reception staff, Doctors' and Podiatrist are very friendly.

Wouldn"t go anywhere else.

These people are amazing.
Always polite friendly and helpful even though they are always so busy.

The ambulance paramedics suggested with my injury that instead of the long wait at Flinders, would I prefer to go to Marion Domain Medical Centre.not being familiar I said lets give it a go.
Well, straight in, I was expected, seen by Dr Tom and nurse Lexi, pain relief, off to xray, script for home, wheeled to pharmacist, just across the lobby. Time to go home, everything explained, I felt listened to and confident in their friendly, efficient and professional manner. To top it off, they got me a taxi home, wasnt pushed out into the street like the hospitals do.
Another dad was told about the clinic at the hospital and he brought in his young son with an arm injury, and they too were more than pleased.
Thanks so much for the service you provide and the way in which you provide it.

Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors I ever met.
Recently one of my friend suggested me to go and see Dr. Shah and honestly no words for him. In 2 appointments only he identified what’s the problem is?
I would like to recommend him to everyone…

The wait isnt long but I had a filling and a month later it has fallen out i also need my wisdom teeth out and the dentist delivered the worst case scenario the worst he could without telling me it was the worst case scenario so I got really freaked out

A good note the students for cleaning did a brilliant job but one of the main dentist's I would not recommend, I think it was doctor Sharma or sharman

I have had to visit about four times in six weeks with my kids, the lady at reception has been amazing everytime. Not sure her name, she has a couple of tattoos on her arm. She is friendly, cares and shows natural empathy. I have ran the biggest hotels and helped manage the best resorts in Australia. This employee is a great asset to your business.

Waited for 2 hours for the doctor to tell me I had a stomach bug. That is obviously not the issue but he would not listen. Should've just gone to the ED.

Fantastic service each and every time. The Dr's are all exceptional, very professional and skilled. The receptionist do a sterling job. So friendly, aware and professional at all times. They do a wonderful service to the local community. Thank you many times over.

I have been here 2 times and very happy with services provided. Sometimes it is a bit of wait but there are not many places with such working hrs, so it does get busy. First time I came with a badly cut finger and the wait was 5 mins, the nurse took such a good care of me. Second time I saw a GP and was sent to blood test. The GP (Dr Ghulam Jilani) and the nurse we extremely qualified and again I am very happy with their help. Very good center with good personals.

Whilst I understand that you are expected to wait to see a doctor and with a child in tow you hope that they will keep ok. 60mins in total.
What I think is absolutely disgusting is - waiting to see a treatment nurse after seeing said doctor to find out that the nurse cleaning the room is going to take a minimum of 45 minutes.
Whilst waiting to see treatment nurse hearing other non treatment nurse staff talk about their working history, lunch menu or whatever they thought it necessary to talk about at a loud tone with an open door. Have some decorum.
Seeing other patients go inside the room without taking a number because the doctor walked them in skipping the queue. Find a better system please. All to have a dressing changed on a child’s broken finger. Left unseen and completely unhappy about the whole ordeal.

Dr did not call to say the antibiotics he gave us would not work and I took my daughter back and had to get another one. They made no effort to ensure we heard them call us so we waited for hrs.
Her infection lasted so much longer than it needed too because of this

Shocking! Worst n rude service from receptionists every time I go there. Xray department receptionist very offensive. Only going there just because they have best GPs!

Very bad service I have been waiting for 2and half hour to see the doctor after all the waiting she told me the doctor can’t see me I never experienced such as bad service like that

Arrived 4 hours before it closed and was told there was no guarantee of seeing a doctor even though there was less than 15 people waiting.

Used to better - doctors are just trying to exploit the system by selling you GPcare plans - total waste of time

I have honestly never been to a medical centre where the service is so bad. I’ve called several times and I can literally hear someone picking up the phone and hanging it up! Then then someone finally answers they interrupt you when you’re talking and hang up while you’re still talking.
Good luck getting the right answers to your questions when they won’t even let you finish asking your question.

Marion domain, you should speak to your receptionist who is rude and suggested I go to er for my medication when I was trying to find out what doctors are on as only a couple know about my condition and can treat it.
Your surgery has gone down hill more n more with staff being rude, less doctors on.
DO NOT have your staff suggest the emergency room for something a doctor at your surgery can do.

I just got told i couldn't get a psychologist referral because i have no history of mental illness and it would be "very hard" to find someone suitable.
