I waited 3hours to be shown a Google image of an ankle in a 2minute consult with the doctor and then told the X-ray machine isn’t working. The next day I returned for X-ray and ultrasound in which the doctors performing the ultrasound told me they could see multiple issues but to wait for the doctor to get back to me. I never heard back and over a week later, still can’t walk. The healthcare system is cooked.

I would NEVER return, dr Khan charged me $80 to see my 7 month old when it clearly states online and in the domain that children under 16 are free with concession to get absolutely no help for my very sick child. I then had to still call the helpline and get directed to the hospital and get the actual help I needed. Such a pathetic and disgusting experience. I as an adult have never been charged to see a dr within working hours at the Marion domain but I get charged for a 5 minute consult for my 7 month old infant.

My first visit here due to minor accident was a walk-in fairly late in the evening and I received nothing but fantastic attention and treatment. I can't recommend the staff here highly enough.

Absolutely disgraceful service. To put in perspective I am 70 years old and have blood pressure problems and live rurally, it is now twice I have been dropped in just to renew a prescription to be told they weren't taking walk ins. I tried explaining that I had now run out of medication but the front desk staff just don't care. I doubt now that I will be able to get a ride back to town before New Year and no, there is zero public transport within 15 kms of where I live.

Absolutely disgustingly shocking trying to get through on the phone. I'm talking an hr plus.over 50 calls made best pick up was 41minutes worst I'm still waiting after 87minutes.what a DISGRACE! 1 year later. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

My experience at Marion Domain this morning was one of ease and care! The reception staff were helpful, patient, and friendly, still maintaining a professionalism in their job. The doctor I saw was helpful and thorough, so I felt like my health needs were cared about and I got the best support that I could have. Even though it was an appointment that I had to pay for, not a walk-in visit, I feel like I’ve now had the support and guidance that I required to make my health better!

The service I received was extremely disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait for an hour before the doctor saw me. I believe the wait time was unacceptable and it negatively affected my experience

I was a first time patient, and was honestly very impressed! This is a vert big, busy clinic with a priority care centre and imaging facilities in the same building. I loved the ease of access to booking an appointment via the HotDoc app before opening hours. Likewise, the option to check in via the app was great, however I still had to check with the front desk staff where was the most appropriate place to wait (there's several consulting rooms spread out in the building). Dr Swapnil Singh listened to my concerns, was thorough with his questions, and efficient with actioning further referrals. I would absolutely recommend this clinic!

My first time at the Marion Domain. Excellent services offered from GP, Nursing, to pathology collection and priority care. I would make this the first option before going to the Emergency Department if hospitalisation is not required.

There service for a medical practice is ridiculous they have always been rude and never answer the phone what's the point, they don't know how to triage a patient, and have lack of care and empathy.

What used to be a fully walk in clinic has clearly changed with little to no advertisement. I stopped going here some months ago as the service was terrible and most of the doctors didn't seem to care. This centre is only getting worse it seems especially when a vomiting child presents on a Sunday morning only to be told that there is no-one who will see them as all the walk-in spaces are full. No wonder the E. D. 's are overrun.

Appalling customer service.

Also, they were "fully booked" when I presented symptoms and asked to see a doctor at 1: 30pm (closing hours are 8pm) - and so, presumably, even if I waited 6.5 hours it would not be enough to see a doctor.

One positive is that this location could make a fascinating case study of the health care system.

At first we thought this place was good. I mean we paid 150 cash each to be seen. To get better before Christmas. We weren’t given te right medicine. Now11 days later we are still sick. I have a lung infection. Christmas was ruined. My sons birthday was ruined.
I went to plympton today. Git tge correct medicine. And it was half the price.
Really Marion let us down. All for a premium price

Excellent doctors and outstanding customer service by the desk staff. Arman in particular has exceptional customer service skills and he has always been going the extra step to ensure all patient needs have been fulfilled.

When you have a walk in appointments you will expect a delays. That is understandable. I have been in this clinic more than 20 times. Apart from few occasions there was no such long wait. Dr Vaneet Shah is a true gem. Thank you for your good care and concern. You are truely a remarkable doctor and professional that we respect and trust.
